The study includes four interviews conducted at three different corporations, as well as own thoughts and reflections with the aim of investigating the impact of digital tools during the covid-19 pandemic. The study will be analyzed using Everett M Rogers' theory "Diffusion of innovations". The study is divided into four main areas based on the theory with the exception that innovation is removed and replaced by digital tools as the area is more applicable to the research. A comparison is made before and during the pandemic in which makes the comparative. The results show that changes in all areas are notable, where both strengths and weaknesses can be identified.
