Ever since the Sweden Democrats was founded debates regarding the party's ideological affiliation has been debated amongst political scientists. Swedish politicians, journalists and scientists have called the Sweden Democrats a radical right-wing, fascist and populist par This makes it interesting to further investigate what ideological association the party should identify itself with since the Sweden Democrats claims to be a social conservative party with a nationalist ethos.
