Reabilitacijos priemonės ligoniams, sergantiems išsėtine skleroze, padeda atgauti sutrikusias judėjimo ir apsitarnavimo funkcijas, sumažinti klinikinių simptomų progresavimą. Pastaraisiais metais padidėjo susidomėjimas išsėtinės sklerozės reabilitacija, kadangi tyrimai įrodė reabilitacijos efektyvumą gerinant sergančiųjų išsėtine skleroze gyvenimo kokybę. Viena iš išsėtinės sklerozės reabilitacijos priemonių, padedančių mažinti ligos simptomų pasireiškimą, yra kineziterapija. Yra atlikta nemažai mokslinių tyrimų (Dodd KJ, 2006, Smedal T, 2006, Mount J, 2006), kuriuose nagrinėjamas įvairių kineziterapijos metodų poveikis ligoniams sergantiems išsėtine skleroze, tačiau darbų, atskleidžiančių kineziterapijos su TerapiMaster prietaisu poveikį šių ligonių motorinei funkcijai rasti nepavyko.
Tyrimo tikslas: įvertinti pratimų su TerapiMaster įranga poveikį sergančiųjų išsėtine skleroze motorinei funkcijai ir gyvenimo kokybei.
Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) įvertinti ligonių nuovargį prieš ir po reabilitacijos. 2) įvertinti ligonių pusiausvyrą prieš ir po reabilitacijos. 3) įvertinti ligonių gyvenimo kokybę prieš po reabilitacijos. 4) gautus tyrimo rezultatus palyginti tarp pirmosios ir antrosios grupių.
Darbo objektas: ligonių sergančių išsėtine skleroze, gyvenimo kokybė ir motorinė funkcija taikant pratimus su TerapiMaster įranga ir kineziterapiją be įrangos.

[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Rehabilitation for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) helps to regain loss of mobility, functional disorder and helps to reduce the progress of the clinical symptoms. Recently there was a big interest in rehabilitation of MS patients, because clinical researches proved the effectiveness of different methods on patients’ quality of life. One of the rehabilitation methods which help to improve patients’ condition is physiotherapy. There are many clinical researches (Dodd KJ, 2006, Smedal T, 2006, Mount J, 2006) where the effect of physiotherapy for patients with MS was proved, but we could not find any scientific information about the effect of exercises with TerapiMaster for this kind of neurological patients.
The purpose of the work: to evaluate motor functions and quality of life after physiotherapy with TerapiMaster.
Goals: 1) to evaluate patients‘ fatigue before and after the rehabilitation; 2) to evaluate patients‘ balance before and after the rehabilitation; 3) to evaluate patients‘ quality of life before and after the rehabilitation; 4) to compare the received data in between of the first and second group.
Object of the work: the patients’ quality of life and motor functions after physiotherapy with TerapiMaster and physiotherapy without any equipment.
Hypothesis: Physiotherapy with TerapiMaster is more effective method in rehabilitation than physiotherapy without any equipment.
