Previous issue date: 2008-08-12 / Bandido, tráfico de drogas e política, palavras que possuem inúmeros significados para diferentes sujeitos, mas que sempre estiveram presentes na experiência de vida e etnográfica que tive na cidade de Ceilândia. Entre o estranhamento e a proximidade, esta dissertação reflete o anseio de entender como se constroem a relação dos moradores com duas importantes esferas da vida na região pesquisada; o tráfico e a política. Os jornais e a opinião pública falam da violência na Ceilândia como a maior representante da criminalidade no DF. No entanto, poucos ouviram realmente os moradores, gerando e promovendo um mito que sustenta uma moralidade específica no qual identidades locais são invisibilizadas. Esta pesquisa busca, sobretudo, a compreensão das significações que surgem da interação dos moradores com mundo social, tendo como foco como a discussão da moral e o funcionamento do sistema de classificação interacional local que fabrica identidades constantemente. Dessa forma, ao longo dessa dissertação, demonstrarei elementos de reconhecimento identitário que funcionam como verdadeiros aglutinadores que possibilitam o indivíduo se ligar à sociedade, evidenciado como as relações entre o tráfico e a política fazem parte de um sistema social que “enquadra” todos, de forma a assegurar a integridade da comunidade e a coerência das representações que tem sobre si mesmo e sobre o mundo.

ABSTRACT / Bandit, traffic of drugs, politic, words with many means for different subjects, but always been present in life and ethnographic experience that I had in Ceilândia city. Between the estranger and the proximity, this dissertation reflects the longing of understanding the way that build the relation of residents with two important sphere of life on the research region; the traffic and the politic. The newspapers and the public opinion speech of Ceilândia violence like the greater representative of criminality in DF. Although few people have really listened the residents, making and promoting a mite that supports a specific morality which local identities are invisibles. This research searches, above all, to understand the significations that emerge of the interaction of the residents with the social world, like main idea the discussion about moral and the work of the local interactional classification system that fabric identities constantly. According to this, along this dissertation, I will demonstrate the elements of identity reorganization that work with true agglutinaters which provides the individual connect on society, indicating how the relations between the traffic and the politic are part of a social system that “frame” all people, so that to assert integrity of the community and the coherent of the representations that they have about they self and the world.
