This study focused on researching the well-being of career guidance professionals within Stormalmö. It attempted to answer three questions in regard to well-being: “How does career guidance professionals in Stormalmö rate their workplace well-being in general?”, “Is there a difference in the well-being of career guidance professionals if they work in a for-profit, or non-profit school organization in Stormalmö” and “How much is the well-being of career guidance professionals effected by the leadership at their workplace in Stormalmö?”. To answer these questions a survey was conducted, in which background information collected, and worker well-being, as well as leadership quality was measured. The result showed that career guidance professionals rated their well-being to ~57,7 on a scale of 100. It also showed that there were little to no differences between the for-profit and non-profit organizations in terms of their workers well-being. Lastly the result showed that there were contradictory elements in how leadership effects overall worker well-being.
