Previous issue date: 2017-07-21 / The English Language learning, mainly for the ones who are interested in being active part of this more and more internationalized and connected society, besides indispensable, brings benefits that may follow the whole life of an individual. Such learning adds information and abilities which are and will be useful for the living and interaction in the globalized world we live in, world that has the English Language as the main mediatory in its speeches. The English Language teaching, specifically in the Brazilian Elementary and High schools, has been changing and adjusting to transformations through the centuries and, for the last twenty years at least, has been facing the digital inclusion. Our students today, engaged in the digital and technological world, bring on a reaction to the teachers, who should update strategies for a better teaching-learning process. So far, we have seen several individual and collective attempts to adapt schools to the technological world, also bringing this technological world to the schools. Reflecting about all those needs and trying to lead to a more significant learning to our students, this paper reports an English Language teaching proposal with the help of the musical language together with mobile technology and the creation of a video clip. Our aim, besides motivating our students, is to provide room for the development of their creativity, in order to seek their own learning process. We proposed ourselves a challenge to demonstrate that the use of technology inside the classrooms is more available than we may think, once the students can use their own mobiles as supporting means in this teaching-learning process. / O aprendizado da Língua Inglesa, principalmente para as pessoas interessadas em fazer parte ativa desta sociedade cada vez mais conectada e internacionalizada, além de imprescindível, traz benefícios que se estendem para toda a vida. Tal aprendizado acrescenta informações e habilidades que são e serão úteis para o convívio e para a interação no mundo globalizado em que vivemos, mundo este que tem a Língua Inglesa como principal intermediária em seus discursos. O ensino da Língua Inglesa, mais especificamente nas escolas brasileiras de Educação Básica, vem passando por transformações e por ajustes ao longo dos séculos e tem, nos últimos vinte anos, pelo menos, se confrontado ainda com a inserção do mundo digital na realidade escolar. O alunado de hoje, imerso no mundo digital, provoca uma reação direta no corpo docente, no sentido de atualização das estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem. Temos visto, então, várias tentativas, individuais e institucionais, de adaptações que esperam inserir a escola no mundo digital, assim como trazer o mundo digital para o ambiente escolar. Refletindo sobre toda essa necessidade e na tentativa de trazer um aprendizado cada vez mais significativo para os nossos estudantes, nesta dissertação, relatamos uma proposta de ensino de Língua Inglesa com auxílio da linguagem musical aliada à tecnologia mobile para a realização de um videoclipe. Buscamos, assim, além de motivar nosso aluno, abrir espaço para o desenvolvimento de sua criatividade, sempre buscando o seu aprendizado. O desafio ao qual nos propusemos foi o de demonstrar que o uso da tecnologia em sala de aula está muito mais acessível do que se pensa, uma vez que os próprios celulares dos alunos foram utilizados como coadjuvantes no processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
