Remiantis Lietuvos Respublikos bei tarptautiniais teisiniais aktais, magistro darbe analizuojami saugaus darbo organizavimo, vykdymo bei kontrolės teisiniai ir instituciniai pagrindai. Atlikus darbo analizę, galima daryti išvadą, kad Lietuvos teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys darbuotojų saugą bei sveikatą, suderinti su tarptautiniais ir ES teisės aktais. Nepaisant to, magistro darbo tema ypatingai aktuali dėl didelio nelaimingų atsitikimų bei profesinių ligų skaičiaus. Pirma, nagrinėjama saugaus darbo samprata ir raida. Antra, analizuojami saugaus darbo organizavimo pagrindai, valstybės vykdoma politika saugaus darbo klausimais ir saugaus darbo organizavimo tvarka įmonės lygmenyje. Trečia, nagrinėjama, kaip vykdomos saugaus darbo teisės aktų nuostatos praktikoje, kaip juos interpretuoja darbdavys, darbuotojai bei teismai, su kokiomis problemomis susiduriama įgyvendinant teisės aktus, reglamentuojančius darbuotojų saugą bei sveikatą. Ketvirta, svarstomi saugaus darbo kontrolės subjektų bei jų vykdomos veiklos ypatumai, privalumai bei trūkumai. / On the ground of the Republic of Lithuania and international legal deeds, the legal and institutional basis of organization, implementation and control of safety at work are described in the work of master. After analyzing the work one can make a conclusion that Lithuanian legal deeds which regulate workers safety and health are coordinated with the international and EU legal deeds. Besides the topic of the master work is especially urgent because of the frequent accidents at work and a great number of professional diseases. Firstly, the conception and development of safe work is described. Secondly, the basis organization of safety at work, the state’s policy on the matter of safe work and the procedure of organizing safe work at an enterprise level are analysed. Thirdly, the work describes how the provision of legal deeds of safe work are accomplished in practice, how they are interpreted by employers, employees and law courts, what problems they come across realizing the legal deeds which regulate the workers’ safety and health. Fourthly, the peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of the safe work control subjects and the activity of the subjects are also discussed in the master work.
