Purpose: The purpose of this research is to explain how the work values differ within different groups of Generation Z. Hypotheses: H1: Depending on major individuals value different work values. H2: Depending on gender individuals value different work values. Theory: Intrinsic, Extrinsic, Altruistic, Status-associated and Social work values. Methodology: Questionnaire Conclusion: Based on the findings, H1 was rejected and H2 was accepted.
