Previous issue date: 2002-08-08 / The present work intends to stimulate new quarrels in the field of the strategical administration for the sectors public and private. Search, by means of one searches explorat??ria, to identify elements that can strengthen Filosofia Enterprise. of a Foundation of the Government of the State of S??o Paulo. For the reach of the main objective it was become fullfilled at a first moment, a documentary research in the institution for the assembly of a data base that could present the work of the Foundation in that if it relates to its area of formation in last the 20 (twenty) years. After that, a together research to the Public participants of the called course became Executivos I., given for this institution in as the semester of 2001. For in such a way, it was used as instrument, a half questionnaire. structuralized constructed under the scale form Likert type and an opened question to strengthen the elements that could fortify the main objective of the work. The results of the explorat??ria research, show that the organization has looked for to carry through a work that the principle searchs to perfect the public server better to take care of the necessities of the public administration. The empirical research sample of a side that has some elements that they need to be reviewed in that it says respect to the pedagogical management of the courses carried through for the institution. On the other hand, the quantitative data show an auto degree of agreement in relation to the improvement of the performance and the professional qualification of the respondent public servers. The results of the research represent important pointers so that the institution can improve the quality of the courses by means of a revision of the evaluation criteria that come using in the courses for it given. One gives credit that the improvement of the quality of the courses given for the institution will be able to fortify its enterprise philosophy still more. / O presente trabalho pretende incentivar novas discuss??es no campo da administra????o estrat??gica para os setores p??blico e privado. Procura, por meio de uma pesquisa explorat??ria, identificar elementos que possam refor??ar a Filosofia Empresarial de uma Funda????o do Governo do Estado de S??o Paulo. Para o alcance do objetivo principal realizou-se em um primeiro momento, uma pesquisa documental na institui????o para a montagem de um banco de dados que pudesse apresentar o trabalho da Funda????o no que se refere ?? sua ??rea de forma????o nos ??ltimos 20 (vinte) anos. Em seguida, fez-se uma pesquisa junto aos participantes do curso denominado Executivos P??blicos I, ministrado por essa institui????o no segundo semestre de 2001. Para tanto, utilizou-se como instrumento, um question??rio semi - estruturado constru??do sob a forma de escala tipo Likert e uma quest??o aberta para refor??ar os elementos que pudessem fortalecer o principal objetivo do trabalho. Os resultados da pesquisa explorat??ria, mostram que a organiza????o tem procurado realizar um trabalho que a princ??pio busca aperfei??oar o servidor p??blico para melhor atender as necessidades da administra????o p??blica. A pesquisa emp??rica mostra de um lado que h?? alguns elementos que precisam ser revistos no que diz respeito ?? gest??o pedag??gica dos cursos realizados pela institui????o. Por outro lado, os dados quantitativos mostram um auto grau de concord??ncia em rela????o ?? melhoria do desempenho e da capacita????o profissional dos servidores p??blicos respondentes. Os resultados da pesquisa representam importantes indicadores para que a institui????o possa melhorar a qualidade dos cursos por meio de uma revis??o dos crit??rios de avalia????o que vem utilizando nos cursos por ela ministrados. Acredita-se que a melhoria da qualidade dos cursos ministrados pela institui????o poder?? fortalecer ainda mais a sua filosofia empresarial.
