TeseClaudiaLopes_DMMDC_2014.pdf: 6621770 bytes, checksum: 750a8e358b3044b71da9654d44f5a53c (MD5) / Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo desenvolver um modelo para análise cognitiva com base na Teoria de Redes e na abordagem estrutural da Teoria das Representações Sociais. Representações essas construídas individualmente, mas também pelas relações sociais que o sujeito estabelece. Trata-se de uma pesquisa fundamentada nas abordagens quantiqualitativa, por compreender-se que uma convalida os achados da outra. Enquanto quantitativa, apóia-se na Teoria de Redes com uso de redes semânticas como sistema de representação do conhecimento apreendido sobre o objeto estudado. Já, quanto ao aspecto qualitativo, fez-se uso de elementos da Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo e apóia-se na abordagem estrutural da Teoria das Representações Sociais. A partir da realização de experimentos empíricos, foi desenvolvido o modelo para análise cognitiva intitulado de AnCo-REDES, com o qual foi possível identificar a caracterização topológica de uma rede semântica de representações sociais bem como definir métricas, limites e características definidoras dos elementos que compõem a estrutura de representações sociais. Os achados obtidos com o modelo AnCo-REDES são consistentes com a abordagem estrutural da Teoria das Representações Sociais, e dessa forma, conclui-se que o AnCo-REDES se constitui como um novo olhar sobre a pesquisa em representações sociais, com base na abordagem estrutural, como também para o campo da Análise Cognitiva. Entretanto, é importante ressaltar que se trata de “um dos caminhos possíveis”, entre tantos outros que possam existir, para o desenvolvimento de análise cognitiva, bem como a identificação da estrutura e conteúdo das representações sociais. Conclui-se ainda que, em virtude de ter sido desenvolvido a partir de um princípio de adaptabilidade, o modelo é flexível, sendo possível sua aplicação em estudos no campo da Análise Cognitiva a partir de redes, acoplando outras abordagens, a exemplo da Análise do Discurso ou Análise de Conteúdo. / Abstract: This research aimed to develop a model of cognitive analysis based on network theory and the structural approach of social representations. These representations are constructed individually and also by the social relations that the individual establishes. This research is based on quantitative and qualitative approaches, each approach validating the findings of the other. From a quantitative perspective, this research relies on network theory and uses semantic networks as a knowledge representation system on the subject studied. From a qualitative perspective, it uses elements of content analysis and relies on the structural approach of the Theory of Social Representations. From empirical experiments, a model of cognitive analysis titled AnCo-NETWORKS was developed, with which it was possible to identify the topology of a semantic network of social representations and also to define metrics and characteristics of the component of the structure of social representations. The results obtained with the AnCo-NETWORKS model are consistent with the structural approach of the Theory of Social Representations. We therefore conclude that the AnCo-NETWORKS presents a new perspective both for research on social representations, based on a structural approach, and also for the field of Cognitive Analysis. However, we realize that this is "one of the many ways" that may exist for the development of cognitive analysis, as well as for the identification of the structure and content of social representations. We believe that our model is flexible, as it has been developed from a principle of adaptability, and it can be easily applied to studies in the field of cognitive analysis from networks, alongside other approaches, such as discourse analysis or content analysis.
