Previous issue date: 2017-05-08 / The present dissertation was developed in the Program of Masters in Education of the University of the West Paulista - Unoeste, in the Line of Research, Training and Pedagogical Practice of the Professional Teacher. The overall objective was to understand how, from the interactions in the internet from the social networks Facebook e WhatsApp, the teachers discuss about the teaching of the Brazilian Sign Language for the improvement of its practice. The specific objectives were: To implement actions for the permanent formation of teachers in the area of Libras for teaching; To analyze how the subjects incorporate the aspects of the teaching of the Libras using resources of Facebook e WhatsApp; Identify criteria for the teaching of Libras focused on the specifics of this language for the development of deaf students. The research methodology was qualitative with intervention, as the active participant researcher, who provided interactions and pedagogical practices through social networks. Thirty-two teachers participated. These teachers were connected by WhatsApp and belonged to the closed group of Facebook group titled Curso Libras Fateb 2015. As a data collection procedure was used the observation of the interactions and an interview about the vision and the practice of the teachers regarding the use of social networks in the process Teaching and learning. The results were analyzed from the following structuring axes: conceptual facilitator; Storyteller; Reflexive guide; And social communication skills. As results were obtained qualitative data that evidenced the involvement and collaborative learning among teachers and other participants of the ongoing training course, which awakened in each of the participants the interest in transforming their pedagogical practice. The virtual learning environments Facebook and WhatsApp were used as accessible environments of communication, and interaction. According to course participants, the ongoing formation of Libras, through social networks, provided learning in practical and linguistic interactions, both in theoretical content and in the use of the language in practical form, as the interactions happened between hearing participants and deaf participants In different spaces, We highlighted here the virtual spaces, which contributed to the autonomy, accessibility and communicative skills that lead to fluency in the use of Libras. / A presente dissertação foi desenvolvida no Programa de Mestrado em Educação da Universidade do Oeste Paulista – Unoeste, na Linha de Pesquisa, Formação e Prática Pedagógica do Profissional Docente. O objetivo geral foi compreender como, a partir das interações na internet, por meio das redes sociais Facebook e WhatsApp, os docentes discutem sobre o ensino da Língua Brasileira de Sinais para o aperfeiçoamento da sua prática. Os objetivos específicos foram: implementar ações para formação permanente de professores na área da Libras para o ensino; analisar de que maneira os sujeitos incorporam os aspectos do ensino da Libras usando recursos do Facebook e WhatsApp; identificar critérios para o ensino da Libras voltados às especificidades dessa língua para o desenvolvimento dos estudantes surdos. A metodologia de pesquisa foi qualitativa com intervenção, por ser o pesquisador participante ativo, que proporcionou interações e práticas pedagógicas por meio das redes sociais. Participaram trinta e dois docentes. Tais docentes estiveram conectados pelo WhatsApp e pertenciam ao grupo fechado do Facebook, intitulado Curso Libras Fateb 2015. Como procedimento de coleta de dados, foi utilizada a observação das interações e uma entrevista sobre a visão e a prática dos docentes quanto ao uso das redes sociais no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Realizou-se a análise dos resultados a partir dos seguintes eixos estruturantes: facilitador conceitual, contador de estórias, guia reflexivo, e habilidades sociais de comunicação. Como resultados foram obtidos dados qualitativos que evidenciaram o envolvimento e aprendizagem colaborativa entre os professores e demais participantes, do curso de formação permanente, o que despertou em cada um dos participantes o interesse em transformar sua prática pedagógica. Os ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem Facebook e WhatsApp foram utilizados como ambientes acessíveis de comunicação, e interação. Segundo os participantes do curso, a formação permanente de Libras, por meio das redes sociais, proporcionou o aprendizado nas interações práticas e linguísticas, tanto nos conteúdos teóricos, quanto na utilização da língua na forma prática, pois as interações aconteceram entre participantes ouvintes e participantes surdos em diferentes espaços, destacou-se aqui os espaços virtuais, que contribuíram para a autonomia, acessibilidade e habilidades comunicativas que levam a fluência no uso da Libras.
