Important to detach the some processes that are submitted to the organizations, so that they can be argued, be analyzed and be reformulated, with the purpose of not becoming exceeded for the fast changes where the world comes crossing. Its the man who becomes the processes of essential changes the survival of the organizations and it he is who evolves together with the transformations for he himself implanted. That way it is that we present this work which looks for to focus the man in its professional environment, raising aspects of its life and participation in the formation processes and continuity of the organizations. / As teorias e as práticas administrativas são instrumentos relevantes para que possamos compreender o ambiente organizacional. Importante destacar os vários processos que são submetidos às organizações, para que possam ser discutidos, analisados e reformulados, com a finalidade de não se tornarem ultrapassados pelas rápidas mudanças em que o mundo vem atravessando. É o homem que torna os processos de mudanças essenciais à sobrevivência das organizações e ele é quem evolui junto com as transformações por ele mesmo implantadas. Desta forma é que apresentamos este trabalho o qual procura enfocar o homem em seu ambiente profissional, levantando aspectos de sua convivência e participação nos processos de formação e continuidade das organizações.
