Previous issue date: 2002 / The managerial diagnostic carried out at Construtora e Incorporadora A. Bueno Ltda. ¿ CIAB, points to an administrative structure within the concepts of the Classic Theory of Administration. We believe that, to the solution of its operations, it is necessary to turn to the main principle of the Theory of Administration (preview, organize, command, coordinate and control) as a way of finding, according to Taylor and Fayol studies, one possible solution to this case. Nevertheless, the companies adopt other administrative approaches on its operational process although, we understand that nothing has changed, they are still dependent and/or are connected to the principles of these classic authors. So, to the solution of the internal disorganized problems, it is priority the introduction of administrative processes and also the restructuring of the operational processes such as: the study of the time and movement, the rationalization of the physical and material efforts, the supplement of objectives and profitability. Then, according to Fayol the administration is not an exclusive privilege and a personal responsibility of the boss or the leaders of the company; it is a function that shares, like other essential functions, among the head and the members of the company. Consequently, to Fayol, the administration is the search of the maxim prosperity to all involved. So, this study has the aim to elaborate a consultant project to the organizational structurate of the CIAB company, according to the Theory of the Administration. / O diagnóstico empresarial realizado na Construtora e Incorporadora A. Bueno Ltda. ¿ CIAB - aponta para a estruturação administrativa da empresa dentro dos conceitos da Teoria da Administração. Acredita-se que, para a solução de suas operações, é necessário recorrer à Teoria da Administração (prever, organizar, comandar, coordenar e controlar), como forma de buscar, à luz dos estudos de Taylor e Fayol e os outros, uma possível solução para esse caso. Não obstante, embora as empresas adotem outras abordagens administrativas nos seus processos operacionais, entendemos que nada mudou, e elas ainda dependem e/ou estão atreladas aos princípios desses autores clássicos, importantes precursores dos estudos da Administração como ciência. Assim, para a solução dos problemas de uma desorganização interna, é prioritária a implantação de processos administrativos e, também, a estruturação dos processos operacionais como: os estudos de tempos e movimentos, a racionalização de esforços físicos e de materiais, a contemplação de objetivos e da rentabilidade. Por conseguinte, segundo Fayol, a administração não é um privilégio exclusivo e encargo pessoal do chefe ou dirigentes da empresa; é uma função que reparte, como as outras funções essenciais, entre a cabeça e os membros do corpo social. Conseqüentemente, para Taylor, a administração é a busca do máximo de prosperidade para todos os envolvidos. Assim, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo elaborar um projeto de consultoria com vistas à reestruturação organizacional da empresa CIAB, segundo os pressupostos da Teoria da Administração.
