Defesa: Curitiba, 2015 / Inclui referências : f. 90-97 / Resumo: A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo discutir o bullying escolar em relação ao contexto neoliberal atual. Embora, acredita-se que seria uma modalidade de violência mais antiga do que se possa imaginar, o fato, é que se notamos algumas peculiaridades atuais que abrange questões sociais, familiares e individuais. A partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e com perspectiva psicanalítica, primeiramente, analisamos nas obras freudianas contribuições sobre a violência, para depois discutir sobre a violência contemporânea com base em uma cultura do narcisismo que impossibilitaria a aceitação da diferença. Com esse norte, que questionamos a relação da violência contemporânea com o bullying escolar, assim como a discussão das suas possíveis associações com os relacionamentos atuais, especificamente, familiares que possibilitaria o desencadeamento dessa violência. Por fim, pensamos na Educação em Direitos Humanos como uma alternativa para o enfrentamento dessa prática de violência nas escolas, pois se o bullying se inscreve como um sintoma contemporâneo, acreditamos que para combatê-lo, a questão volta-se em uma educação com perspectiva de trabalhar uma reflexão crítica da ordem vigente. Educação para os Direitos Humanos / Abstract: This research aimed to discuss the school bullying from the current neoliberal context. Although it is believed that it would be a form of violence older than imaginable, the fact is that we note some current peculiarities covering social, family and individual issues. From a literature search and psychoanalytic perspective, first, we analyze the works Freudian contributions on violence, then discuss contemporary violence based on a culture of narcissism that prevents the acceptance of difference. With this north, we question the relationship of contemporary violence with school bullying, as well as discussion of their possible relationships with current relationships specifically family would allow the unleashing such violence Finally, think of the Human Rights Education as an alternative to confront this practice of violence in schools, because if the bullying is inscribed as a contemporary symptom, we believe that to combat it, the issue turns on an education with prospect of working a critical reflection of the current order.
