Defesa: Curitiba, 30/03/2017 / Inclui referências : f. 87-92 / Resumo: A psicologia hospitalar (PH) é uma área vasta e variada, com diferentes configurações quanto ao foco da atuação. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar como a PH se institui e legitima nos discursos dos profissionais da área. Para isso foram entrevistadas 6 psicólogas de diferentes localidades e tempo de inserção. As transcrições das entrevistas foram analisadas pelo viés da análise institucional do discurso, estratégia de pensamento desenvolvida por Marlene Guirado. Tendo em vista a relação constitutiva entre sujeito e instituição que se produz pela via discursiva, pôde-se delinear como a psicologia hospitalar se configura nos discursos dessas profissionais que atuam na área. Foi possível perceber, contrastando com as definições taxativas da literatura, conceitos ambíguos sobre a área, posicionando a psicologia hospitalar concomitantemente como especialidade, vertente da psicologia clínica e contexto da psicologia da saúde. Os pacientes e familiares são posicionados, nos discursos, como clientela, em quem a PH produz seu objeto: as questões emocionais a serem reintegradas nas práticas discursivas assépticas, objetivas e orgânicas do hospital. A equipe é legitimada como público, para quem o trabalho tem de ficar visível, a fim de alcançar os objetivos e estabelecer o lugar da PH nas instituições e no mercado. Ao que parece, trata-se quase de um não-lugar, pois é desconhecido e ambíguo, tem de ser construído no imaginário da equipe e das próprias psicólogas. Por fim, falam de lacunas na formação que não as instrumentalizaram a trabalhar com as equipes e suas relações e, paralelamente, foi possível observar nas entrevistas uma exterioridade entre a instituição hospitalar e a subjetividade dos pacientes. Lacunas que poderiam ser preenchidas com um raciocínio institucional que instrumentalizasse a pensar as relações. Palavras-chave: Psicologia Hospitalar, Psicologia da Saúde, Análise Institucional do Discurso, Subjetividade. / Abstract: Hospital psychology (PH) is a vast and varied area, with different settings regarding the focus of the action. The objective of this research was to analyze how PH is instituted and legitimized in the discourses of the professionals of the area. For that, 6 psychologists from different locations and time of insertion were interviewed. The transcripts of the interviews were analyzed by the bias of the institutional analysis of the discourse, thought strategy developed by Marlene Guirado. Considering the constitutive relationship between subject and institution that is produced by the discursive route, it was possible to delineate how hospital psychology is configured in the discourses of these professionals who work in the area. lt was possible to perceive, contrasting with the definitive definitions of the literature, ambiguous concepts about the area, positioning hospital psychology concomitantly as a specialty, clinicai psychology and the context of health psychology. Patients and families are positioned in the speeches as clients, in whom the PH produces its object: the emotional issues to be reintegrated into the hospital's aseptic, objective and organic discursive practices. The team is legitimized as a public, for whom the work has to be visible, in arder to achieve the objectives and establish the place of the PH in the institutions and in the market. Apparently, it is almost a non-place, because it is unknown and ambiguous, it has to be built in the imaginary of the team and of the psychologists themselves. Finally, they mention gaps in training that did not use them to work with the teams and their relationships, and, at the same time, it was possible to observe in the interviews an externality between the hospital institution and the subjectivity of the patients. Gaps that could be filled with an institutional reasoning that instrumentalized the thinking of relationships.
