Previous issue date: 2018-05-14 / Social Systems (SS) are used by a variety of user profiles, which have specific objectives: interactions with individuals, marketing, obtaining knowledge, among others. The posts made by the users, during their interaction in the SS, can reveal their opinions, visions and, as the main focus of this thesis, express human values, classified in personal and social values. Researching state-of-the-art on the SS evaluation, we found studies relating feelings and personal values to increase or guarantee the expression of some human values in SS; and others presenting SS evaluation models. However, we did not find UX evaluation models with SS considering the values. The purpose of this thesis is to generate a data and process model for the evaluation of UX of SS, using Human Values (VUX). For this purpose, three extractions of posts were collected from SS Twitter. The posts were classified in PRU (Post Related to the Use of the System) and N-PRU (Post Not Related to the Use of the System) and performed the analysis about the human value expression in each post, to be denominated VRU (Post Related to the Use of the System with the expression of one or more human value) and N-VRU (Post Not Related to the Use of the System with the expression of one or more human value). The expressions of the values, in the posts, were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results were: there are correlations (strong and weak) between personal and social values; the correlation between the human values, contributing to the SS evaluation to identify improvements of its content and its interface; and, finally, the posts represent the expression of quality problems in use of SS. As a contribution, were defined the following types of evaluations, using VRU and N-VRU: improving the content and interface of a valued SS; and point out evidence of their UX problems (accessibility, adaptability, appearance, awareness, availability, scalability, portability, security and usability). In addition, the thesis presents the formalization and automated classification of the posts in some human values.

Quality in use. / Sistemas Sociais (SS) são utilizados por uma variedade de perfis de usuários, que possuem objetivos específicos: interações com indivíduos, marketing, obtenção de conhecimento, entre outros. As postagens realizadas pelos usuários durante sua interação nos SS podem revelar suas opiniões, visões e, como o foco principal do estudo desta tese, expressar valores humanos, classificados em valores pessoais e sociais. Pesquisando o estado-de-arte sobre a avaliação de SS, encontramos estudos relacionando sentimentos e valores pessoais para incrementar ou garantir a expressão de alguns valores humanos nos SS; e outros apresentando modelos de avaliação de SS. Entretanto não encontramos modelos de avaliação de UX com SS considerando os valores. O objetivo desta tese é gerar um modelo de dados e de processo para a avaliação da UX durante o uso dos SS utilizando Valores Humanos (VUX). Com este objetivo, três extrações de postagens, foram coletadas do Twitter. As postagens foram classificadas em PRU (Postagem Relacionada ao Uso do Sistema) e N-PRU (Postagem Não Relacionada ao Uso do Sistema) e realizada a análise da expressão dos valores humanos em cada postagem, passando a ser denominada VRU (Postagem com Valor Relacionada ao Uso do Sistema) e N-VRU (Postagem com Valor Não Relacionada ao Uso do Sistema). As expressões dos valores nas postagens foram analisadas de formas qualitativa e quantitativa. Os resultados foram os seguintes: há correlações (fortes e fracas) entre os valores pessoais e sociais; a correlação entre que os valores humanos contribuem para a avaliação de SS, para identificar melhorias de seu conteúdo e de sua interface; e, por fim, as postagens representam a expressão de problemas de qualidade em uso dos SS. Como contribuição, fram definidos os seguintes tipos de avaliações, usando VRU e N-VRU: melhorar o conteúdo e interface de um SS avaliado; e apontar evidências de seus problemas de UX (acessibilidade, adaptabilidade, aparência, awareness, disponibilidade, escalabilidade, portabilidade, segurança e usabilidade). Alem disso a tese apresenta a formalização e classificação automatizada das postagens em alguns valores humanos.
