Previous issue date: 2018-06-08 / Introduction: Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have in their curriculum, emergency and first aid disciplines with laboratory training in skills that include cardiopulmonary and cerebral resuscitation (CPR), simulations, ensure that health students, especially physicians and nurses, acquire competence and skills to perform care in the face of this emergency. Objectives: To prepare the pre-production for the prototype of Virtual Reality Simulator; Organize a realistic simulation that will form the basis for the SRV prototype and training situation for the SAV; To follow the process of editing and modeling the scenarios and characters; To know the participants' perception of the realistic simulation in PCR about the use of this active methodology. Methodology: This is a methodological research applied in technological production. The SRV prototype was elaborated based on a 360 filming of a simulation of care provided to the patient in CRP. The selected site was the Laboratory of Medical Skills located in the Nucleus of Integrated Medical Attention (NAMI) - UNIFOR. Discussion: After filming the NATI preview, the videos were edited and a unique video was created that will serve as a basis for animation, which begins with the patient with symptoms of infarction in the home environment (scenario 1) and is concluded in the resuscitation room (scenario 3). The preview was made available on youtube in a format that allows you to be assisted in virtual reality glasses through a smartphone. Conclusion: The technology was considered as relevant for meaningful learning, avoiding mistakes committed in real life,
favoring critical thinking. It is hoped that all the reflections woven here can help in the implantation of new ideas and conceptions that surround the complexity and diversity of health training, and especially the training of the nursing professional, a profession so relevant in the care of the human being. / Introdução: As Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) possuem em grande maioria, na sua
grade curricular, as disciplinas de urgência e emergência ou de primeiros socorros com
treinamento em laboratório de habilidades que abrangem a reanimação cardiopulmonar e
cerebral (RCP), realizando simulações, visando garantir que os discentes da área da saúde,principalmente médicos e enfermeiros adquiram competência e habilidades para realizar um atendimento diante dessa emergência. Objetivos: Elaborar a pré-produção para o protótipo de Simulador de Realidade Virtual; organizar uma simulação realística que irá compor a base para o protótipo de SRV e situação de treinamento para o SAV; acompanhar o processo de edição e modelagem dos cenários e personagens; conhecer a percepção dos participantes da simulação realística em PCR acerca da utilização dessa metodologia ativa. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa metodológica aplicada em produção tecnológica. O protótipo do SRV foi elaborado tendo como base uma filmagem 360 de uma simulação de atendimento prestado à paciente em PCR. O local selecionado foi o Laboratório de Habilidades Médicas situado no Núcleo de Atenção Médica Integrada (NAMI) ¿ UNIFOR. Discussão: Após filmagem da prévia realizada no NATI, os vídeos foram editados e foi elaborado um vídeo único que servirá de base para animação, que começa com o paciente com sintomas de infarto no ambiente doméstico (cenário 1) e é concluído na sala de reanimação (cenário 3). A prévia foi disponibilizada no Youtube em um formato que permite ser assistido em óculos de realidade virtual através de um smartphone. Conclusão: A tecnologia foi considerada como relevante para aprendizagem significativa, evitando erros cometidos na vida real, favorecendo o pensamento crítico. Espera-se que todas as reflexões tecidas aqui possam auxiliar na implantação de novas ideias e concepções que circundam a complexidade e a diversidade da formação em saúde e, em especial, a formação do profissional de enfermagem, profissão tão relevante no cuidado do ser humano.
