Previous issue date: 2006-12-14 / Study exploratory-descriptive that permited the elaboration of two articles. In the first, it was analyzed the performance of the team health of the family in the adhesion of the user hypertensive to the treatment, with approach in the education in health. Therefore, it was evidenced that the educative actions developed for the adhesion of the hypertensive user to the treatment were individual and collective direction, through the delivery visitation, lectures, etc. the experience of the professionals in the adhesion of the hypertensive person it varied of good, reasonable the difficult, and was related to the inherent aspects the user, family, professional and managers. Soon, it is concludes that the adhesion still is a great challenge for the professionals of the health, and that the performance of the team must on the basis of be rethink the principles of the SUS and the determinative factors of this. In second the article, it is analysed the management in the UBASF with sight to the adhesion of the hypertensive user at the treatment. Then, the performance of the manager in the UBASF, with sight to make possible the adhesion of the hypertensive users at the treatment was reasonable, in what it depended on its management, but the accessibility of the population to the attendance to its necessary was made it difficult and defalcated, in results of the fragility in the fulfilment of its rights, mainly in relation to the requested procedures to the attention average and of high complexity, as in the cases of accomplishment of examinations and evaluations for diagnose and treatment, beyond hospital internments. It is standed out that this problematic one, also was decurrently of the partial inoperacionalização of the system of reference and total of against-reference. / Estudo exploratório-descritivo que possibilitou a elaboração de dois artigos. No primeiro, analisou-se a atuação da equipe saúde da família na adesão do usuário hipertenso ao tratamento, com enfoque na educação em saúde. Portanto, constatou-se que as ações educativas desenvolvidas para a adesão do usuário hipertenso ao tratamento eram orientações individuais e coletivas, através da visitação domiciliária, palestras, etc. A experiência dos profissionais na adesão da pessoa hipertensa variou de boa, razoável a difícil, e estava relacionada aos aspectos inerentes ao usuário, à família, ao profissional e aos gestores. Logo, conclui-se que a adesão, ainda é um grande desafio para os profissionais da saúde, e que a atuação da equipe deverá ser repensada com base nos princípios do SUS e dos fatores determinantes dessa. No segundo artigo, analisou-se o gerenciamento na UBASF com vista à adesão do usuário hipertenso ao tratamento. Então, conclui-se que a atuação dos gerentes nas UBASF, com vista a possibilitar a adesão dos usuários hipertensos ao tratamento era razoável, no que dependia de sua gerência, mas a acessibilidade da população ao atendimento às suas necessidades era dificultada e desfalcada, em decorrências da fragilidade no cumprimento dos seus direitos, principalmente em relação aos procedimentos solicitados à atenção média e de alta complexidade, como nos casos de realização de exames e avaliações para diagnose e tratamento, além de internações hospitalares. Ressalta-se que essa problemática, também era decorrente da inoperacionalização parcial do sistema de referência e total de contra-referência.
