Previous issue date: 2008-12-01 / Has the objective to relate an ethnographic research carried out in a Program Open
School, developed in a municipal public school of Maracanaú (CE). It is carried out
on weekends, with the objective of guarantee the presence of all community around
the school, for the achievement of workshops that have their purpose, to promote the
pleasure in develop, in carry out themselves, without any judgment or demand of
performance. The permanence of infants, young and adolescents is only guaranteed
by a relational conquest between them involved. This program is developed by social
educators, people of the own local community that dispose their specific abilities and
share their potentials with infants, young and adults of the community. It was
idealized by the Department of the Education (Ministry of Education and Culture), in
partnership with the towns. In this study, adopted itself the Ethnography as qualitative
approach of research, promoting the immersion of the researchers in the natural
context where occurs the phenomenon it to be investigated. They were carried out
immersions in the context of research, where it was found to understand how the
relations between the social educators and the participants of the workshops. These
workshops were given in spaces that did not offer structural conditions to
development normal routines of a formal education s trial, however, they transformed
themselves in facilitation spaces of the subject s emergency on weekends.
Understanding research as movement, it presents the researcher formation path,
through the experimentation of their intra and inter subjective relations with people of
the studied context, enabling them a new view about the process of becoming a
human being. The research was developed having like a director axis, the relevance
of an educational practice substantiated in the concept of significant experience, of
the awareness of itself and of the development of the authorship, by means of the
utilization of the Method of the (Con) text of Multiple Literacy and of the Method of the
approach of the histories of life of Josso. The ACP of Rogers and to subjectivation of
Touraine contributed for the delineation of the inferences presented. They aim for the
importance of a creating experience that articulates the knowledge do and the creation of knowledge, generating a questioning learner of their personal subjectivation and collective, reflexive of their existence. The result turned out, in this constant and continuous trial, is the trans-form-ation of the subject that becomes an agent for and of the moulds previously established.
Keywords: subjectivation, significant learning, transformation. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo relatar a pesquisa etnográfica realizada em
um Programa Escola Aberta, desenvolvido em uma escola pública municipal de
Maracanaú (CE). O Programa é realizado nos finais de semana, com o objetivo de
contribuir com a melhoria da qualidade da educação, a inclusão social e a
construção de uma cultura de paz. Desenvolve, como abordagem metodológica,
oficinas que têm como finalidade promover o prazer em desenvolver-se, em realizarse,
sem qualquer julgamento ou exigência de performance. Esse programa é desenvolvido por educadores sociais, pessoas da própria comunidade local, que disponibilizam suas habilidades específicas e compartilham os seus potenciais com crianças, jovens e adultos da comunidade. Foi idealizado pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC), em parceria com os municípios. Neste estudo, adotou-se a Etnografia, abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, promovendo a imersão do pesquisador no contexto natural onde ocorre o fenômeno. Foram realizadas imersões no contexto de pesquisa, tendo-se procurado compreender como ocorriam
as relações entre educadores sociais e os participantes do Programa. As oficinas eram realizadas em um espaço que não oferecia condições estruturais para o desenvolvimento de rotinas normais de um processo de educação formal, mas, que, nos finais de semana, se transformava em espaços facilitadores da emergência do sujeito. Compreendendo a pesquisa como movimento, apresenta-se, neste trabalho, a trajetória de formação da pesquisadora, mediante o experimento das suas relações intra e intersubjetivas com pessoas do contexto estudado, possibilitando-lhe outra visão sobre o processo de tornar-se pessoa. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida tendo como eixo norteador a relevância de uma prática educativa fundamentada no conceito de experiência significativa, da conscientização de si e do desenvolvimento da autoria, por meio da utilização do Método (Con) texto de Letramentos Múltiplos e do Método da abordagem das histórias de vida, de Josso (2004), a ACP de Rogers (1973; 1983; 1986; 1997) e a subjetivação de Touraine (1999; 2004) também
contribuíram para o delineamento das inferências apresentadas. Eles apontam para
a importância de uma experiência formadora, que articula o saber-fazer e a criação
de conhecimentos, preparando um aprendente questionador de sua subjetivação pessoal e coletiva, reflexivo de sua existência. O resultado obtido é a caracterização de um espaço formador para a trans-form-ação do sujeito, que se torna um agente além das formas e das fórmulas previamente estabelecidas. A Trans-form-ação é oriunda de um trabalho fundamentado na conquista, como meio relacional entre os envolvidos que permite através de um espaço facilitar, o surgimento de potencialidades antes desconhecidas.
