Previous issue date: 2013-03-13 / Issues such as collective entrepreneurship, learning, collective action and social networks are now widely discussed in the academic world and have themselves called for international interest, nationally and locally. From these fields are encouraged, such as the discussion of APLs as support tools to improve the quality of life for the city where you consolidate. The objective of this study was to analyze the collective actions from the system of relations, describing their influences on learning of Local Productive Arrangement Art Pottery Red Teresina, Piauí (Arranjo Produtivo Local Arte Cerâmica Vermelha de Teresina, no Piauí). Given the subjectivity, complexity and need for observation of this phenomenon, the methodological approach was qualitative research. In this case study, to collect data, we used primary and secondary sources, as well as the methodology of social network analysis (ARS). The data were initially treated by means of software Microsoft Office Excel 2010, then were exported to Ucinet NetDraw 6 and 2.0 (2002), for graphing and analysis of measures of centrality and power network. After coding, underwent content analysis with the help of software ATLAS.ti 5.0. In response to this research question, we can say that the most significant actions for the arrangement are originated by the actors critical network. Furthermore, these actions arising from the interaction between the actors critics are extremely important for learning APL, since, through them, are generated information sources that are internalized by cooperation and interaction among its actors. / Questões como o empreendedorismo coletivo, aprendizagem, ações coletivas e redes sociais são hoje bastante discutidas no mundo acadêmico e têm chamado para si o interesse internacional, nacional e local. A partir destes campos são fomentadas, a exemplo da discussão sobre os APLs, como instrumentos de apoio à melhoria da qualidade de vida para a localidade onde se consolidam. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar as ações coletivas a partir do sistema de relações, descrevendo as suas influências na aprendizagem do Arranjo Produtivo Local Arte Cerâmica Vermelha de Teresina, no Piauí. Dada à subjetividade, complexidade e necessidade de observação deste fenômeno, a abordagem metodológica foi a pesquisa qualitativa. Neste estudo de caso, para a coleta de dados, foram utilizadas fontes primárias e secundárias, bem como a metodologia de Análise de Redes Sociais (ARS). Os dados foram tratados inicialmente, por meio do software Microsoft Office Excel 2010, em seguida, foram exportados para o Ucinet 6 e NetDraw 2.0 (2002), para geração de gráficos e análise das medidas de centralidade e de poder da rede. Após a codificação, foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo com a ajuda do software ATLAS.ti 5.0. Em resposta à questão desta pesquisa, pode-se dizer que as ações mais significativas para o arranjo são originadas pela atuação dos atores críticos da rede. Além disso, essas ações decorrentes da interação entre os atores críticos são extremamente importantes para o aprendizado do APL, uma vez que, por meio delas, são geradas fontes de informação que são internalizadas pela cooperação e interação entre os seus atores.
