Previous issue date: 2013-10-16 / The thematic work accident has mobilized organizations and the various regulations that act focusing on reduction or elimination of these events. Institutions in health theme has great repercussion on the basis of the lives that are put on display by performing work activities.
Thus, this study aims to answer the following central question "What is the vision of workers and managers in relation to occupational accidents occurred in a Health Institution Philanthropic Fortaleza?". The objective of the research is to compare the views of workers regarding work accidents with the vision of managers in relation to events in an institution Philanthropic Health Fortaleza, providing an approach concerned about the practice of real accidents in visions party raising awareness of the work accident management perspective needs to focus its reduction and preferably elimination. The methodology has a quantitative character, using the technique of descriptive phenomena addressed. In conclusion it was possible to observe the alignment between the views of employees and managers regarding work accident; realized that the bulk of the victims (92.7%) are female, that the highest incidence of accidents is characterized how typical that the sectors and Obstetric Surgical Center are the largest generators of accidents. Thus, it is clear the importance of managing accidents institutions. / A temática acidente de trabalho tem mobilizado as organizações e as diversas instituições que atuam com foco na redução ou eliminação desses eventos. Nas instituições de saúde ,a temática tem grande repercussão em função das vidas que são colocadas em exposição pelo desempenho das atividades laborais. O trabalho visa responder ao seguinte questionamento central: Qual a visão do trabalhador e dos gestores em relação aos acidentes de trabalho ocorridos em uma Instituição de Saúde Filantrópica de Fortaleza? . O objetivo geral da pesquisa é comparar as visões dos trabalhadores com a visão dos gestores em relação à questão tratada, proporcionando aos interessados uma abordagem real sobre a prática da ocorrência de acidentes nas visões das partes, enfatizando que o acidente de trabalho necessita de perspectivas de gerenciamento com o foco em sua redução e, de preferência, na sua eliminação. A metodologia utilizada possui caráter quantitativo, a partir do entendimento e
descrição dos fenômenos abordados. Como conclusão , foi possível observar o alinhamento
entre as visões dos colaboradores e dos gerentes com relação ao acidente de trabalho;
percebeu-se que o maior volume dos acidentados (92,7%) é do sexo feminino, a maior
incidência dos acidentes caracteriza-se como típico e que o setor Centro Cirúrgico e
Obstétrico é o maior gerador de acidentes de trabalho. Dessa maneira, fica clara a
importância do acompanhamento dos acidentes por parte das instituições.
