Previous issue date: 2014-04-24 / The discussion presented in this thesis , from the speeches of adolescent
sperpetrators of serious offenses (murder) and fulfilling the regime of deprivation of
liberty as socio-educational measures, is brought from the questions about how to
enable the inner teenage in the Education Center, restricted their freedom, a speech
about his act. We go through Freud to Lacan to understand that the process of
subjective constitution brings with it the need for representations of losses, ie the
subjectivity is not without otherness. Then, we showed that the contemporary psychic
economy prevails in an attempt to deny this otherness. Such denial is the order of the
impossibility since, throughout life, we are always being sent to something we lack.
We denote the adolescent passage is a form of encounter with otherness and, when
it tries to deny the otherness, the teen faces a fragile and vulnerable social bond.
Through rounds of conversation, managed to reach the young inmates in Patativa do
Assaré Educational Center in Fortaleza - CE and understand the research
intervention in psychoanalysis as they mean their acts. So we found a way to the
young man implicate himself to what he did.

adolescentes autores de ato infracional grave (homicídio) e cumprindo o regime de
privação de liberdade como medida socioeducativa, é trazida no questionamento
sobre como possibilitar ao sujeito adolescente interno no Centro Educacional,
restrito de sua liberdade, uma fala sobre seu ato. Perpassa-se a obra de Freud à
Lacan para se entender que o processo de constituição subjetiva traz em si a
necessidade de representações de perdas, isto é, a subjetivação não existe sem
alteridades. Então, evidencia-se que a economia psíquica contemporânea prevalece
numa tentativa de negar essa alteridade. Tal negação é da ordem da
impossibilidade, visto que, ao longo da vida, os sujeitos estão sempre sendo
remetidos a algo que lhes falta. Denota-se que a passagem adolescente é uma das
formas de encontro com a alteridade e, quando tenta se negar a alteridade, o
adolescente depara um laço social fragilizado e vulnerável. Mediante rodas de
conversa, logrou-se alcançar os adolescentes internos no Centro Educacional
Patativa do Assaré, em Fortaleza - CE, e entende-se, pela pesquisa-intervenção em
Psicanálise, como eles significam seus atos. Assim, se encontra um meio do
adolescente se implicar com aquilo que fez.
