Previous issue date: 2016 / The research sought understand how need to be, in the indigenous and quilombos
teachers understanding, the formation offered to them, by workshops that allowed
the development of a research process and the formation with indigenous and
quilombos teachers of Pernambuco, Curaçá-BA and formators of Municipal
Education Secretary of Curaçá-BA. The procedures used in the workshops, trought
the elements of Collective Research, aim at the data collection, the knowledge
systematization of the research participants, that meas, a knowledge objectivation,
aim at subzidize the constrution of publics policies for the indigenous and quilombos
teachers formatio. In the process, it was considered the need of development
practicies of formators institutions according the specifities of groups of teachers, that
claim for a distinct formations, that allows the collective participation and the
transformation of school reality of them people. The research process and formation,
by workshops, allowed to the its participants the knowledge exchange, the
construction of contextualized knowledge and of a shared knowledge of the
formative reality, elements that may contribute to te reaffirmation of their ethnics
identities. The activity carried out by teachers in the workshops is a process that
doesn’t end up in itself. / A pesquisa buscou compreender Como precisa ser, no entendimento de professores indígenas e quilombolas, a formação oferecida para eles, mediante oficinas que permitiram o desenvolvimento de um processo de pesquisa e formação junto a
professores indígenas e quilombolas de Pernambuco, Curaçá-BA e formadores da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Curaçá-BA. Os procedimentos utilizados nas oficinas, mediante elementos da Pesquisa Coletiva, perspectivaram o levantamento de dados, a sistematização de saberes dos participantes da pesquisa, ou seja, uma objetivação de conhecimentos, visando subsidiar a construção de políticas públicas para a formação de professores indígenas e quilombolas. No processo, considerouse a necessidade de desenvolver práticas das instituições formadoras conforme às especificidades de coletivos docentes, os quais reivindicam uma formação diferenciada, que possibilite a participação coletiva e a transformação da realidade escolar de seus povos. O processo de pesquisa e formação, mediante oficinas, permitiu aos particiantes da pesquisa a troca de saberes, a construção de conhecimentos contextualizados e de um entendimento partilhado da realidade formativa, elementos que podem contribuir para reafirmação de suas identidades étnicas. A atividade realizada pelos professores nas oficinas é um processo que não se encerra em si mesmo, continua sendo uma possibilidade para os docentes transformarem sua formação.
