Previous issue date: 2012-05-31 / Este trabalho centra-se no estudo comparativo dos romances Capão Pecado (2000) e Manual prático do ódio (2003), do escritor marginal Ferréz, como forma de tentarmos compreender como a periferia de uma das maiores cidades do país, São Paulo, é apreendida pela palavra literária e por um escritor que vive nesse espaço urbano marginalizado. Buscamos, portanto, compreender a forma como o narrador de seus romances, que se reconhece pertencente à periferia que narra, transforma a realidade em matéria literária e os modos como incide sobre as personagens e o espaço por ele narrados. Os romances de Ferréz apresentam um lugar de enunciação que não mais silencia a alteridade representada, mas evidencia a possibilidade de voz e de outra representação dessa mesma alteridade. Sua escrita situa-se na discussão em que as narrativas ficcionais engendram estratégias de resistências aos pressupostos que definem quem está dentro ou fora dos espaços considerados comuns e possuem importância no processo de entendimento de si mesmo e do outro , pois deslocam a percepção e a compreensão do cotidiano que nos cerca ao fornecer representações que geram a produção de outros sentidos e significados sobre os sujeitos e espaços localizados na orla urbana. A partir de um movimento que se constitui em constante tensão e conflito com o centro e com o próprio território, perguntamos: O que dizem as vozes que emergem dos romances? Ou melhor, quais são as construções e estratégias que o autor utiliza para falar e fazer com que sejam ouvidas essas vozes em seu gesto literário? Portanto, nesta pesquisa, fizemos a escolha de escutar essas vozes, ou melhor, de tentar ressaltar em seus ditos (escritos) os traços que estruturam a palavra literária do autor, mais especificamente o que nos permite ressaltar alguns indícios de uma tentativa de formular uma poética marginal contemporânea / This paper is focused on the comparative study of the novels Capão Pecado (2000) and Manual prático do ódio (2003), from the marginal writer Ferréz, as a way of trying to understand how the periphery of São Paulo, one of the largest cities in Brazil, is comprehended by literary word, as well as by a writer who lives in this marginalized urban area. We, therefore, look for understanding the way how the narrator of his novels, who recognizes himself as part of the periphery he narrates, changes the reality into literary subject and the ways how it focuses on the characters and the space narrated by him. Ferréz‟ novels present a place of enunciation that no longer silences the represented alterity, but points out the possibility of voice and another representation for the mentioned otherness. His writing lies in the discussion in which the fictional narratives engender strategies of resistance to the assumptions that define who is in or out of the spaces considered common and they are important in the process of understanding yourself and others, because they displace the perception and comprehension of daily life around us by providing representations that generate the production of other senses and meanings about the subjects and the spaces located on the urban edge. Starting from a movement that is in constant tension and conflict with the center and with its own territory, we ask: What do the voices that emerge from the novels say? Or rather, what are the structures and strategies that the author uses in order to speak and to make these voices heard in his literary gesture? Accordingly, in this research, we have made the choice of listening to these voices, or rather, trying to highlight on its sayings (written), the traces that shape the author literary word, more specifically what allow us to enhance some evidences of an attempt to formulate a contemporary marginal poetic
