Previous issue date: 2017 / Mestrado Acadêmico em Ciências do Cuidado em Saúde / As pesquisas até o momento realizadas para identificar e analisar as percepções e os sentimentos do aluno do curso de graduação em enfermagem apontam que a sua formação acadêmica está centrada em conhecimentos técnico-científicos, voltados especialmente ao atendimento das necessidades daqueles que serão assistidos, sem considerar a pessoa que os assiste, embora destaquem que a trajetória acadêmica seja permeada por vários sentimentos que emergem das experiências ocorridas ao longo da formação. Frente a esse contexto, o objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar o desenvolvimento da dimensão socioemocional no curso de graduação em enfermagem. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, na perspectiva sociopoética. O cenário foi a Escola de Enfermagem Aurora de Afonso Costa da Universidade Federal Fluminense e os participantes - 10 estudantes do curso de graduação, tendo como critérios de inclusão: estudantes dos últimos períodos da graduação, regularmente matriculados e que aceitaram participar da pesquisa e de exclusão alunos ouvintes, monitores da disciplina de saúde mental/psiquiatria, alunos do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica, vinculados à pesquisa da área de saúde mental/ psiquiatria. A produção dos dados foi realizada por meio do dispositivo do grupo-pesquisador. Os aspectos éticos foram respeitados, sendo o projeto de pesquisa aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP), sob o nº 1.772.228. O tratamento dos dados valeu-se da contra-análise, própria da sociopoética e análise temática de conteúdo. Como resultado sugiram as seguintes categorias: As tensões emocionais no processo de aprendizagem teórico e prático da formação, a dimensão socioemocional nas relações interpessoais e a necessidade de autoconhecimento emocional para lidar com estas relações, o apoio emocional docente na realização do estágio curricular, a insegurança e o medo dos discentes diante da finalização da formação, o exercício do autoconhecimento das emoções a partir do simbolismo da árvore, a árvore de Damásio e a ‘’árvore das emoções’’: reflexão e comparações. Este estudo possibilitou analisar o desenvolvimento das competências socioemocionais dos estudantes de enfermagem, verificou a inexistência de conteúdos na graduação voltados para a temática e os prejuízos desta condição. Com base nas discussões implementadas propõe-se mudanças, sugerindo abertura de novos espaços de discussão e de interação do tema no currículo do curso de graduação em enfermagem. / The research carried out so far to identify and analyze the perceptions and feelings of undergraduate students in nursing indicate that their academic background is focused on technical-scientific knowledge, focused especially on meeting the needs of those who will be assisted, without considering The person who assists them, although they emphasize that the academic trajectory is permeated by several feelings that emerge from the experiences that have occurred during the formation. Against this background, the objective of this research is to analyze the development of the social-emotional dimension in the undergraduate nursing course. This is a study of a qualitative approach, from a sociopoetical perspective. The scenario was the Aurora Nursing School of Afonso Costa of the Fluminense Federal University and the participants - 10 students of the undergraduate course, having as inclusion criteria: students of the last graduation periods, regularly enrolled and who accepted to participate in the research and exclusion Listening students, monitors of the mental health / psychiatry discipline, students of the Institutional Scholarship Program of Scientific Initiation, linked to the research of the area of mental health / psychiatry. The data were produced using the device of the researcher group. The ethical aspects were respected, and the research project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP), under No. 1,772,228. The treatment of the data was made use of the counter-analysis, own of the sociopoetics and thematic analysis of content. As a result they suggest the following categories: Emotional tensions in the theoretical and practical learning process of the formation, the social-emotional dimension in the interpersonal relations and the need for emotional self-knowledge to deal with these relationships, the teacher's emotional support in the accomplishment of the curricular stage, the insecurity And the students' fear of the completion of formation, the exercise of self-knowledge of the emotions from the symbolism of the tree, the tree of Damasio and the 'tree of emotions': reflection and comparisons. This study made it possible to analyze the development of the socioemotional competences of nursing students, verified the lack of undergraduate content focused on the subject and the damages of this condition. Based on the discussions implemented changes are proposed, suggesting the opening of new spaces for discussion and interaction of the theme in the undergraduate nursing course curriculum.
