Esta dissertação tem por tema a forma organizacional rede e por objeto de estudo as relações entre os agentes sociais no campo da economia solidária. O primeiro momento é dedicado à revisão teórica do tema como objeto de debate na administração e sua transposição para o campo da economia solidária. O objetivo do estudo é problematizar a visão poética e apolítica associada às redes de economia solidária, as quais, conforme essa visão, estariam baseadas nas características da isonomia, da horizontalidade, da holografia e da autogestão. O problema é que tal abordagem não problematiza os conflitos, as resistências, o choque de interesses e outros atributos do poder inerentes à dinâmica da ação coletiva. Para problematizar a dinâmica das relações em rede, foi adotada como referencial teórico a teoria dos campos de Pierre Bourdieu. A questão de pesquisa que se visa responder através da dissertação é: como se dá a dinâmica das relações entre os agentes em uma rede de economia solidária? Para responder essa indagação, o campo da economia solidária foi concebido como um campo de poder, no sentido atribuído por Bourdieu. Pensar as situações sociais como campos de poder permite problematizar as redes como campos de força, espaços de disputa e de lutas entre os agentes que dela participam. / This dissertation topic is the form organizational network and by object of study the relationship between social actors in the field of solidary economy. The first time is devoted to theoretical review of the subject as object of debate in the administration and its transposition into the field of the solidary economy. The objective of the study is to question the poetic and apolitical vision associated with the networks solidary economy, which, as this view, be based on the characteristics of isonomy, horizontality, holografia and self management. The problem is that this approach does not discusses the conflicts, the resistance, the clash of interests and other attributes of the power inherent in the dynamics of collective action. To question the dynamics of the relationship on a network, was adopted as theoretical reference the theory of the fields of Pierre Bourdieu. The issue of research which seeks to respond through the dissertation is: as is the dynamics of relationships between agents in a network of solidary economy? To answer this question, the field of economic solidarity was designed as a field of power, in the sense given by Bourdieu. Thinking the social situations as fields of power allows problematize the networks as fields of force, areas of dispute and fights between players who participate.
