Na tentativa de aprofundar-se na análise da produtividade e da qualidade, bem como dos novos enfoques, dentro da evolução da organização e da produção, como a reengenharia, apresentamos nosso trabalho que tem como objetivo mostrar algumas variáveis diferenciais de tais questões. Variáveis estas que nos fazem apresentar o trabalho em dois momentos: um momento educacional (cognitivo) e um momento técnico-produtivo (operacional). Esta visão nos leva também a uma análise sobre a "prática produtiva" através do desenvolvimento da reflexão, das sínteses e da experimentação. Neste sentido, apresentamos uma dinâmica evolutiva (através da Teoria de Sistemas) com técnicas que estruturem o processo criador, isto é, a evolução da cria ti v idade através da junção ou da inter-relação da teoria e da prática. Chegando, no conjunto, a olhar a organização como um "estado de relações cria ti v as", na tenta ti v a de escapar do "determinismo organizacional" que padroniza e mecaniza ações tão complexas e evolutivas como a produtividade, a qualidade, a reengenharia, bem como a própria evolução da organização no que se refere à sua prática. / Wi th the purpose to go deeper into the analysis o f productivity and quality, also viewing the new approaches · regarding the evolution of organization and production, such as the re-engineering, we are submitting our research that has the objective of showing some differential variables versus those themes. These variables laead us to present our research by using two standpoints - the educational standpoint - cognitive - and the technical productive standpoint - operational. This approach also "producti ve work" through synthesis and testing. induces us to an analysis of the the development o f sel t thought, In this way, we are presenting an evolutionary dynamic in the light of the Systems Theory with techniques that provide the structure for the creative process, that is, the evolution of creativeness trough the linkage or the interrelationship between theory and practice. At the end, we overview the organization as a "field for creative relations" with the aim of running away from the "organizational determinism" that standardizes and mechanizes actions so much complex and evolutionary as productivity, quality, re-engineering, and the self development of the organization as regards to its operation.
