Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo problematizar a produção da infância a partir das práticas de cuidado no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para infância e adolescência (CAPSi). A infância, no decorrer da história, foi ocupando lugar na produção do saber e do poder psiquiátrico, tornando-se alvo de investimentos das políticas públicas. No Brasil, a institucionalização do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) e da Reforma Psiquiátrica, constituemse em marcos para a reorganização do cuidado em saúde mental para crianças e adolescentes. A compreensão da produção da infância passa pelos processos de desinstitucionalização das práticas de cuidado, do reconhecimento da criança como sujeito, e a potência de criação de cada encontro. Utilizamos a cartografia como estratégia metodológica, enfatizando o estudo da dimensão processual da subjetividade e de seu processo de produção. Acompanhamos as atividades do CAPSi por quatro meses realizando observações das ações desenvolvidas no CAPS, e grupos com os integrantes da equipe. Observamos que a patologização, a institucionalização e as linhas de invenção são modos pelos quais a infância é produzida no CAPSi. As crianças, nos diversos encontros com os profissionais, e com outras crianças, considerando as condições de possibilidade de cada momento, podem tornar-se outras crianças: criança-resistência, criança-defesa, criançaexperimento, criança-rejeição, criança-potência, criança-invenção. Defendemos o encontro como poder de afetar, criar, inventar outras formas de agir e de viver. / This research aims to problematize the production of childhood from the practice of care in the Centre of Psychosocial Attention to childhood and adolescence (CAPSi). Childhood, in the course of history, was taking place in the production of knowledge and power psychiatric, becoming target investment of public policy. In Brazil, the institutionalization of the Health System (SUS), of the Statute of the child and adolescent (ECA) and the psychiatric reform, constitute in milestones for the reorganization of mental health care for children and adolescents. Understanding the production of childhood is replaced by the processes of de-institutionalisation care practices, recognition of the child as a subject, and the power of creation of each meeting. We use the cartography as methodological strategy, emphasizing the study of procedural dimension of subjectivity and its production process. We monitor the activities of CAPSi for four months performing observations of actions undertaken in caps, and also five (5) groups with team members. We note that the pathologisation, the institutionalisation and lines of invention are ways in which childhood is produced on CAPSi. Children in the various meetings with professionals, and with other children, taking into account the conditions of possibility of each moment, can become other children: child-resistance, child protection, child-experiment, childrejection, child-power, child-invention. We advocate the meeting as to affect, create and invent other ways to act and to live.
