Glandularia J.F. Gmel. (Verbenaceae) possui cerca de 100 espécies distribuídas em regiões subtropicais e temperadas da América do Sul e América do Norte, com distribuição disjunta. Esta dissertação consiste no levantamento florístico do gênero no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Foram realizadas viagens de coleta, revisão bibliográfica e de herbários. Foram catalogadas 27 espécies (G. aristigera (S. Moore) Tronc., G. catharinae (Moldenke) O´Leary & P. Peralta, G. corymbosa (Ruiz & Pav.) O´Leary & P. Peralta, G . guaibensis P. Peralta & Thode, G. guaranitica Tronc., G. hasslerana (Briq.) Tronc., G. herteri (Moldenke) Tronc., G. humifusa (Cham.) Botta, G. jordanensis (Moldenke) O´Leary & P. Peralta, G. lobata (Vell.) P. Peralta & Thode, G. marrubioides (Cham.) Tronc., G. megapotamica (Spreng.) Cabrera & Dawson, G. nana (Moldenke) Tronc., G. peruviana (L.) Small, G. phlogiflora (Cham.) Schnack & Covas, G. platensis (Spreng.) Schnack & Covas, G. pulchra (Moldenke) Botta, G. rectiloba (Moldenke) P. Peralta & Thode, G. scrobiculata (Griseb.) Tronc., G. selloi (Spreng.) Durante a realização deste trabalho, uma espécie nova foi descrita e três novas combinações foram feitas. Foram elaboradas chave de identificação, descrições, ilustrações, observações e mapas com a ocorrência das espécies analisadas. / Glandularia J.F. Gmel. (Verbenaceae) has about 100 species which occur in subtropical and temperate regions of South America and North America, with a disjunct distribution. This work consists of a floristic study of the genus Glandularia J.F. Gmel. (Verbenaceae) at Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil. Field collections, bibliographic, and herbaria revision were made to accomplish this study. Twenty seven species were recorded (G. aristigera (S. Moore) Tronc., G. catharinae (Moldenke) O´Leary & P.
