groups in the qualification of hospital classes teachers. Objective: study the qualification through
Balint theory/Balint groups. Existential action search with the teachers of Projeto Hoje from
SEE/GO. The analysis of the results shows 5 groups for discussion: identity of the hospital
classes teachers; action-reflection-action; pedagogical act; pedagogical listening and transference/
contratransference. The discourse of the teachers was red about Balint theory. Conclusion: the
teachers presented: the enlargement of the personal resilience; development of the pedagogical
listening; the most perception of the defense mechanisms; comprehension of the illness process;
comprehension of the limits and possibilities and the most discernment of the feelings / Linha de pesquisa: Cultura e Processos Educacionais. Objeto de estudo: teoria Balint/
grupos Balint na capacitação de professores de classe hospitalar. Objetivo: avaliar a capacitação
para enfrentamento da morte com a teoria Balint/grupos Balint. Pesquisa-ação existencial com
professoras do Projeto Hoje da SEE/GO. A partir dos dados organizou-se 5 agrupamentos para
análise: identidade de professoras de classe hospitalar; ação-reflexão-ação; ato pedagógico;
escuta pedagógica e transferência/contratransferência. Foi feita uma leitura das falas das
professoras com o referencial teórico da teoria Balint. Conclusão: as professoras apresentaram:
aumento de resiliência; refinamento da escuta pedagógica; percepção dos mecanismos de defesa;
compreensão do processo de adoecimento; compreensão dos limites e possibilidades e, maior
discernimento de sentimentos e afetos
