Previous issue date: 2017-02-23 / This work seeks to ascertain a possible conceptualization of style in the Lacanian psychoanalytic
work. This term, present at various moments in his work, does not find a consistent theoretical
limitation and its meaning can only be abstracted from its occurrences. This study was based on the
Lacanian claim that style is the object, or at another time, it is man, but only if we define what man
is. These phrases drive Lacan away from the stylistic pretension of investigating the ways in which
discourse manifests itself as a subjective impression in the work. In Lacanian psychoanalysis style
is linked to the object, or rather, the dimension of have been object to which the subject has been
subjected in its formation. The re-updating of this state, which has been repressed, allows the
subject, in front of the real, to create a style. This time we investigated how this thesis reflects on
Lacan's own style and his attempt to transmit psychoanalysis insofar as its object is not of the order
of the objectifiable. / Esse trabalho busca averiguar uma possível conceituação de estilo na obra
psicanalítica lacaniana. Esse termo, presente em diversos momentos de sua obra, não
encontra uma limitação teórica definida e seu sentido só pode ser abstraído de suas
ocorrências. Esse estudo partiu da afirmação lacaniana de que o estilo é o objeto ou,
em outro momento, é o homem, mas somente se definirmos de qual homem se trata.
Essas frases afastam Lacan da pretensão estilística de investigar as formas pelas quais
o discurso se manifesta como uma impressão subjetiva na obra. Na psicanálise lacaniana o estilo se liga ao objeto, ou melhor, a dimensão de objetalidade a que o
sujeito foi submetido em sua formação. A reatualização desse estado, que foi
recalcado, permite ao sujeito, frente ao real, a criação de
um estilo. Desta feita, investigou-se como essa tese reflete no próprio estilo de Lacan e
na sua tentativa de transmitir a psicanálise na medida em que seu objeto não é da
ordem do objetivável.
