Previous issue date: 2018-05-28 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / The present research is inserted in the field “educational politics, management and
teachers formation”, it had the main objective apprehend and analysis the social
representations about what is the pedagogic coordination in the view of the
coordinators. Based on the Theories of the Social Representations – TSR –
developed by Serge Moscovici, this work of quantitative-qualitative nature is entailed
in the field of Educational Politics research, Management and Teachers Formation
Program of Post-Graduation in Education within the Goias Federal University in the
Region of Jataí/GO. In what is referred to TRS, this study utilizes mainly Moscovici
(1978; 2012) and Jodelet (2001;2005). About the historic construction of the
pedagogic coordination, are based on Saviani (1986; 2010) the biggest contributions.
Talking about educative practices and work relations from this professional, we have
as a main reference the research of Libâneo (1996; 2009) and, referring to the
everyday and the object approach to the TSR, the adopted referential was from
Placco (1994; 2012). Reported in this work is the legislation presentation pertinent to
this group, as well the report of 24 city councils. With the purpose of approaching the
educational field to the TSR, looked for, through a semi structured survey, the data
that contributed to identify the possible social representations from this group in the
space that they actuate. The software IRAMUTEQ was utilized to process the
collected material. The main contents from the obtained speeches from the surveys
are related to the following themes: Class 1 the attributions of the pedagogic
coordinator front the everyday school enviroment (18,05%); Class 2 from the teachers
to the pedagogic coordinator (15,98%); Class 3 the difficulties from the pedagogic
coordinator (21,8%); Class 4 the relationship with the school community (24,44%) and
Class 5 the pedagogic coordinator importance and identity (19,74%). The identified
social representations show an image of the pedagogic coordinator practices
immersed in a attributions universe; showing an everyday environment of urgencies
that affect not only the achievement in the articulations in the pedagogic practices
within the school context, as well the construction of his/hers professional identity, that
leads to a multidimensional journey. / A presente pesquisa que se insere na linha de pesquisa “políticas
educacionais, gestão e formação de professores”, teve como objetivo principal
apreender e analisar as representações sociais sobre o que é a coordenação
pedagógica na visão das próprias coordenadoras. Tomando por base a Teoria
das Representações Sociais -TRS- desenvolvida por Serge Moscovici, este
trabalho de natureza quantiqualitativa vincula-se à linha de pesquisa Políticas
Educacionais, Gestão e Formação de Professores do Programa de
Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Goiás/Regional
Jataí/GO. No que se refere à TRS, este estudo utiliza principalmente
Moscovici (1978; 2012) e Jodelet (2001; 2005). Acerca da construção histórica
da coordenação pedagógica, são de Saviani (1986; 2010) as maiores
contribuições. No que tange as práticas educativas e relações de trabalho
deste profissional, temos como referência principal a pesquisa de Libâneo
(1996; 2009) e, no que se refere ao cotidiano e a aproximação do objeto à
TRS, o referencial adotado foi de Placco (1994; 2012). Consta neste trabalho
a apresentação da legislação pertinente a este grupo, bem como os relatos de
24 coordenadoras pedagógicas que atuam nas escolas municipais, na zona
urbana do município. A fim de aproximar o campo educacional do campo da
TRS, buscou-se, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, os dados que
contribuíram para identificar as possíveis representações sociais deste grupo
no espaço em que atuam. O software IRAMUTEQ foi utilizado para processar
o material coletado. Os principais conteúdos das falas obtidas nas entrevistas
estão relacionados às seguintes temáticas: Classe 1 Atribuições da
coordenadora pedagógica perante o cotidiano escolar (18,05%); Classe 2 Da
docência à coordenação pedagógica (15,98%); Classe 3 Dificuldades da
coordenadora pedagógica (21,8%); Classe 4 Relacionamento com a
comunidade escolar (24,44%) e Classe 5 Importância e identidade da
coordenadora pedagógica (19,74%). As representações sociais identificadas
retratam uma imagem da atuação da coordenação pedagógica imersa em um
universo de atribuições; apontando um cotidiano de urgências que afetam não
somente o seu desempenho na articulação das práticas pedagógicas dentro
do contexto escolar, como também na construção da sua identidade
profissional, que caminha para um trajeto multidimensional.
