Esta dissertação trata da análise das formas de sociabilidade dos beneficiários do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida/Faixa 1 no Estado do Pará residentes do Residencial Paulo Fonteles II, localizado no Município de Ananindeua. Este trabalho é uma etnografia que deriva de constatações realizadas em estudos anteriores e buscou-se analisar quais as implicações que a moradia na forma condomínio fechado possui sobre a sociabilidade e segregação de seus moradores em relação aos residentes do entorno. São apresentadas nesta dissertação análises sobre os conceitos de segregação e sociabilidade, e também é utilizada categorias e contribuições de autores da Antropologia Urbana. Em pesquisas anteriores foi possível constatar que em funções de vários problemas, em especial aqueles relacionados à segurança, os moradores do residencial promoveram um reforço da segregação. Atualmente os residentes do condomínio não sustentam mais a ideia de que reforçar os muros e o controle sobre o acesso contribua efetivamente para a resolução dos problemas. A moradia na forma de condomínio fechado tem impactado a sociabilidade dos moradores do Residencial Paulo Fonteles II impondo-lhes algumas limitações sobre sua expansão para além dos muros do empreendimento. No entanto, foi possível verificar que algumas pessoas conseguiram estabelecer relações com moradores do entorno em função da satisfação de necessidades específicas. Ainda que existam dificuldades para as relações com os residentes do entorno do condomínio e também internamente ao mesmo, os laços que os moradores do residencial estabeleceram em seus antigos locais de moradia ainda permanecem sólidos e lhes permite satisfazer parte de suas necessidades. / Segregation and sociability in real estate development of social interest: this dissertation analyses the sociably procedures of the recipients of the Program My Home My Life/Range 1 who live in Residencial Paulo Fonteles II, located at Ananindeua municipality of Pará State, Brazil. It is an ethnographical study that derivates of findings from previous studies in which it was pursued to analyse the implications of popular housing in the form of closed condominium has on the segregation and sociability of the residents related to others in their surrounding area. In this work there are presented analysis on the concepts of segregation and sociability and are also used categories and contributions from authors of Social Anthropology field. In previous researchers it could be observed that, due to many problems, specially those related to security, the condominium residents developed a kind of segregation enforcement. The used methodology included participant observation in Residencial Paulo Fonteles II and its surrounding area, and interviews with the residents in both areas. Popular housing in the form of closed condominium has caused an impact on the Residencial Paulo Fonteles II residents imposing them some restrictions about its expansion beyond the surrounding walls. Partially, such relations derivate the fact of both residents have their own specific different interests. Some of these relations shaped a series of contrary opinions because of they defy the logic of the control of access to the condominium. The unauthorized people entrance is the reason of certain dissatisfaction in many of the condominium residents. Even though difficulties with the surrounding area residents and also the inner ones, the bonds with the earliest residencies have not been broken. And, even considering the segregation enforcement by the walls and entrance control should solve the problems related to security is in discredit, the Residencial Paulo Fonteles II residents keep the opinion that the closed condominium, because it is a segregated environment, it is the most suitable kind of housing to them.
