Previous issue date: 2011 / CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / O presente estudo partindo da perspectiva contextualista e adotando o modelo bioecológico do desenvolvimento buscou identificar as percepções compartilhadas entre pais de crianças com deficiência mental moradoras da Ilha do Combu, região ribeirinha amazônica. Foram acompanhadas as três famílias que tinham filhos cadastrados na Secretaria Municipal de Ensino de Belém e/ou diagnóstico que comprovava a deficiência mental. Os cuidados éticos tomados foram balizados na aprovação do projeto pela UFPA, no esclarecimento dos participantes sobre os objetivos e os riscos inócuos envolvidos assim como o sigilo de suas identidades. A aproximação da pesquisadora ao contexto investigado e às famílias participantes se deu via inserção ecológica. A coleta se dividiu em dois momentos distintos: primeiramente ocorreram visitas sistemáticas às famílias com a utilização do instrumento diário de campo, desse modo a pesquisadora buscou integrar-se ao ambiente estudado via interações sucessivas e regulares tornando-se o mais próximo possível daqueles que o constituem e no segundo momento ocorreu a aplicação do inventário sócio-demográfico e teste de identificação familiar – FIT. Os resultados apontaram condições diferenciadas de desenvolvimento dos filhos relacionadas às percepções compartilhadas pelos pais e as características contextuais presentes na Ilha. As identificações positivas associadas ao bom desempenho dos papéis e atividades estiveram ligadas às percepções de aceitação e pertencimento, aspectos observados na família de Ana. Nas demais famílias (Taciana e Alexandra) estiveram presentes conflitos e dificuldades que ressaltam os seguintes fatores: sobrecarga vivenciada nos cuidados aos filhos, percepções de estranhamento e incompreensão frente à deficiência, conflitos conjugais, rejeição do diagnóstico e identificações negativas. Conclui-se que as percepções compartilhadas pelos pais mostram-se ligadas ao suporte recebido durante o diagnóstico, aos papéis desempenhados na família, às características das crianças e aos aspectos contextuais presentes na cultura ribeirinha que pressupõe o isolamento marcado pela região alagada e conta com uma rede social composta por parentes que vivem na ilha há gerações. / The present study used the perspective contextual and the Bioecological Theory of Humam Development to identify the perceptions shared among parentes of children with mental disabilities from a bordering community (Ilha do Combu, Pará). It was followed the three families who had a son with mental deficiency registered in the Belém’s Municipal Secretary of Education and / or diagnosis that proved the mental disability. Ethical concerns have been taken in approving the project by ethics committee of UFPA and awareness of participants about the objectives and the risks involved and the secrecy of their identities. The approach of the researcher to the investigated context occurred by the Ecological Engagement methodology. The collects was divided into two distinct stages: first there were regular visits to families registered by the instrument field diary, so the researcher sought to integrate into the environment by successive interactions and became as close as possible of the participants and the second moment it was used the ISD (Inventory socio-demographic) and FIT (Family Identification Test). The results pointed differentiated conditions of development of the children in accordance with perceptions shared by your parents and the contextual features presented on the island. The positive identifications were associated to the good performance of parents’ cares and perceptions of acceptance and belonging in the family of Ana. In the others families (Taciana and Alexandra) were observed conflicts and difficulties represented by the factors: overload in the cares to the son, rejection of the diagnosis, conflicts between the parents and negative identifications. The search concluded that the perceptions shared by the parents were connected to the support received during the diagnosis, the roles in the family, the characteristics of children and contextual aspects present in the culture marked by the isolation region flooded and that has a network social composed of relatives living on the island for generetions. / Die vorliegende Studie basiert auf der kontextuellen Perspektive und nimmt des bioökologisches Modells der Entwicklung an, versuchtet die Wahrnehmung der Eltern von Kindern mit Geistiger Behinderung leben in der Combu’ Insel zu identifizieren, Ribeirinha Region. Drei Familien waren folgten, dass eingeschrieben Kinder in der Städtische Schule von Belém hatten, und / oder eine Diagnose, die Geistig Behinderung beweist hatte. Die ethische Behinderungen hatten in Projektgenehmigung für die UFPA getauft, in der Ansatz der teilnehmende Familie über die Ziele und die harmlose Riskos bestehende so wie die Geheimhaltung ihrer Identitäten. Die Ansatzung der Forscherin zu dem untersuchten Kontext und die teilnehmende Familie es gab durch ökologisches Engagement. Die Sammlung teiltet sich in zwei Stufen: zuerst gab es regelmäBige Besuche von Familien mit der Verwendung des tagebuches Instruments von dem Feld, so die Forscherin suchtet, zu dem Umwelt in durch aufeinanderfolgende und regelmäBige Iterationen sich zu bemühen, warden möglichst näher die diejenigen, und in zweitem Moment geschah die Umsetzung der sozio-demographische Bestandsaufnahme und Familienidentifizierungstest Nähe – FIT. Die Ergebnisse zeigten unterschiedliche Bedingungen von der Entwicklung von Kindern im Beziehung zu den gemensaime Wahrnehmung für die Eltern und der kontextuellen Merkmalen bestehende in dem Insel. Die positive Identifikationen verbunden zu guten Leistung der Rollen und Aktivitäten, die Wahrnehmung von Akzeptanz und Zugehörigkeit verknüpft waren, beobachteten Merkmale in der Familie von Ana. In den anderen Familien (Taciana und Alaxandra) waren Konflikte und Schwierigkeiten anwesend, markieren die folgenden Faktoren: erfahrt Belastung in der Kinderbetreuungen, Wahrnehmungen der Entfremdung und Missverständnissen vor der Behinderung, eheliche Konflikte, Ablehnung der Diagnose und negative Identifikationen. SchlieBt man, die Wahrnehmungen von den Eltern geteilt sich an der erhaltenen Unterstützung bei der Diagnose, zu den Rollen in der Familie, den Merkmale der Kindern und den kontextuellen Funktionen in der Ribeirinha Kultur, dass die eine geprägte Isolation für die Feuchtgebieten erfordet, und es hat ein soziales Netzwerk bestehend für die lebende Verwandten aus auf der Insel für Generetionen.
