Previous issue date: 2017-03-30 / Esta tese apresenta uma pesquisa sobre as relações que se estabelecem entre o discurso e o patrimonialismo, a partir do pretenso jornalismo que se faz sobre política na Internet. O lócus do estudo se concentra em regiões interioranas de Brasil e Portugal, tentando aproximar os conceitos de jornalismo regional e de proximidade como forma de midiatizar o cotidiano que não está prioritariamente no percurso dos grandes meios de comunicação, e o qual buscas frestas de sobrevivência junto à era dos smartphones com conteúdos cada vez mais pósmassamidiático e mais personalizado. Com o objetivo de distinguir quais os discursos sobre política são produzidos e reproduzidos nos / para os portais que se pretendem jornalísticos, porque pretendem a credibilidade junto ao público, este estudo busca também relacioná-los com o patrimonialismo a fim de compreender a produção de sentidos e as possíveis práticas sociais que se estabelecem junto a mecanismos de dominação política, por um lado, e de possibilidade de emancipação, por outro. Metodologicamente, elegeu-se o EClipping como instrumento de coleta de dados e a análise crítica do discurso como método analítico enquanto procedimentos desta pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória interpretativa, sob as perspectivas da Teoria Crítica somada à Construção Social da Realidade em torno do Estado, da democracia e do jornalismo online. Foi possível observar, por fim, que, no Brasil, existe um princípio de heranças nas relações patrimonialistas do Estado Português, mas que é improvável que essa herança tenha se perdurado em outras instâncias da sociedade até os dias atuais, inclusive no tocante ao discurso jornalístico político que se faz na rede. As prioridades e importâncias que se dão no momento da produção e emissão são distintas, assim como a cultura dos usuários no momento de recepção, circulação e interatividade também se reconfiguram consideravelmente. / This thesis presents a research about the relations that are established between the speech and the patrimonialism, from the pretensive journalism that is done on politics in the Internet. The study space focuses on the countryside of Brazil and Portugal, trying to approach the concepts of regional journalism and proximity as a means of mediatizing daily life that is not a priority of the great media, and which seeks ways of survival next to the era of smartphones with contentes more and more post-mass-media and personalized. With the objective of distinguishing which discourses on politics are produced and reproduced in / for sites that claim to be journalistic, because they seek credibility with the public, this study also seeks to relate them to patrimonialism in order to understand the production of meanings and the possible social practices that are established alongside mechanisms of political domination, on the one hand, and the possibility of emancipation, on the other. Methodologically, E-clipping was chosen as an instrument of data collection and discourse analysis as an analytical method as procedures of this qualitative research, exploratory and interpretive, from the perspectives of the Critical Theory added to the Social Construction of the Reality around the State, of the democracy and online journalism. It was possible to observe, finally, that in Brazil there is a principle of inheritance in the patrimonialist relations of the Portuguese State, but that it is unlikely that this heritage has endured in other instances of society until the present day, including in the political journalistic discourse that Is done on the Internet. The priorities and importance that occur at the time of production and propagation are distinct, as the culture of the users at the time of reception, circulation and interactivity are also considerably reconfigured.
