Previous issue date: 2017-04-27 / O presente estudo lançou uma reflexão acerca da qualidade dos serviços prestados por uma instituição de ensino superior. Este trabalho dissertativo de mestrado, pesquisa de cunho qualitativo e quantitativo, visa discutir e contribuir com a comunidade educacional, quanto a qualificação da prestação dos serviços da IES no município de Marabá. Tendo como referência a mercantilização da educação superior. Sendo um desafio para o prestador de serviços tanto quanto para seu receptor, em sua escrita, interpretação, observações e recepção dos serviços prestados. Baseando-se na seguinte problemática, de qual maneira vem sendo prestados esses serviços? Tem alcançado as metas e objetivos estimados na prestação de serviços de ensino superior no município de Marabá? Quais as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos educandos ? A metodologia que a referida IES vem utilizando vem logrando êxito na prestação de serviços Questionamento esses que formaram o marco teórico desta dissertação. E que no desenrolar da pesquisa apresentaram vários apontamentos. Quanto aos professores, educandos e funcionários em seus depoimentos relatando seus infortúnios no labor da IES. Demonstrando assim na pesquisa o porquê de ambas as partes existirem a problemáticas. A pesquisa da ênfase a uma realidade do sistema educacional da IES do município de Marabá em que coabitamos. Estando tanto vestibulandos quanto universitários inseridos em um sistema informacional que cresce vertiginosamente e que busca cada vez mais IES compatível ao mercado de trabalho. / This study focused on the quality of services provided by a higher education institution. This thesis, qualitative and quantitative research, aims to discuss and contribute to the educational community, regarding the qualification of the services provided by the IES in the municipality of Marabá. With reference to the commercialization of higher education. Being a challenge for the service provider as much as for his receiver, in his writing, interpretation, observations and reception of the services provided. Based on the following problem, in what way have these services been provided? Has it achieved the goals and objectives estimated in the provision of higher education services in the municipality of Marabá? What difficulties do the students face? The methodology that the IES has been using has been successful in the provision of questioning services that formed the theoretical framework of this dissertation. And that in the course of the research presented several notes. As for teachers, students and staff in their testimonies reporting their misfortunes in the work of HEI. Thus demonstrating in the research why both parties exist to problematic. The research of the emphasis on a reality of the educational system of the HEI of the municipality of Marabá in which we cohabit. Being both college students and university students inserted in an information system that grows vertiginously and that seeks more and more HEI compatible to the labor market.
