Previous issue date: 2016-08-30 / CAPES / Este trabalho busca analisar como as profissionais que atuam no Centro de Referência e Atendimento à Mulher Márcia Dangremond compreendem o exercício de suas atividades em seu campo profissional; como integram a equipe interdisciplinar e os significados que compartilham sobre a violência contra as mulheres. O CRAM é um serviço integrante da rede de enfrentamentoe atendimento às mulheres vítimas de violência no município de Olinda, Pernambuco. As interlocutoras atuam em cargos ocupados exclusivamente por mulheres atendendo outras mulheres, estas últimas vítimas de violência doméstica. Foi a partir da observação participante desenvolvida de maio a novembro de 2015, que me inseri no cotidiano desse serviço. Também foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com treze profissionais com as quais mantive constante interlocução ao longo da pesquisa. A partir das observações do cotidiano das profissionais pude constatar que são muitos os conflitos presentes, onde as tensões provenientes das demandas do enfrentamento à violência contra as mulheres parecem gerar um maior esforço de se trabalhar, mesmo em condições precárias, em nome de uma causa e militância. Também foi observado que a partir de algumas dificuldades na relação entre o CRAM, às redes de atendimento e as ações do Estado; as profissionais denunciam essas “faltas” no Centro e na Rede como forma de resistência ao que é posto e na persistência da busca por mudanças. / This work analyses how workers of the Márcia Dangremond Women’s Care and Reference Centre (CRAM) understand the performance of their activities in their professional field; how they integrate the multidisciplinary team and the shared meanings of violence against women. CRAM service is part of the city’s women victim of violence careand addressing network of Olinda, Pernambuco. The subjects act in positions exclusively occupied by women aiding other women, those who were victims of domestic violence. The participative observation carried out between May and November of 2015 allowed me to enter the daily life of this service. Thirteen semi-structured interviews were conducted with the professionals I have been more closely following throughout the research. I have concluded from the daily observation of those professionals that there are many present conflicts, where the tensions emerged from the demands of violence against women’s addressing seems to generate a higher work effort, even in precarious conditions, in the name of a cause and militancy. It was also observed that, facing thehardships in the relation between CRAM, the care networks and the State actions, the professionals denounce those “shortages” ate the Centre and the Network as a form of resistance to what is given and of a persistent pursue of change.
