Previous issue date: 2014-07-25 / A revis?o de literatura revela que o campo da psicologia organizacional e do trabalho, bem como o da sa?de mental no trabalho, t?m desenvolvido relevantes pesquisas sobre o sofrimento e o mundo do trabalho. Esta pesquisa teve como prop?sito abordar o sofrimento vivido em rela??o ao trabalho a partir do olhar cl?nico, englobando todas as suas express?es, tendo como refer?ncia a perspectiva fenomenol?gico-hermen?utica heideggeriana. Inspiradas no pensamento do fil?sofo Martin Heidegger buscou-se compreender o sofrimento nas suas dimens?es ?nticas e existenciais, no seu aspecto limitador, como aquele que restringe as possibilidades de rela??o que o homem mant?m com o mundo, colocando em perigo as redes de signific?ncias tecidas por ele para lidar com as coisas e conviver com os outros. O mundo do trabalho foi vislumbrado como o espa?o de possibilidades de concretiza??o da exist?ncia. Dessa forma, o objetivo deste estudo foi compreender como ? o sofrimento vivido em rela??o ao trabalho, a partir da experi?ncia de profissionais inseridos em um ?rg?o judici?rio. A pesquisa, com enfoque qualitativo, utilizou entrevistas individuais semi-estruturadas, cujas narrativas foram analisadas sob a ?tica hermen?utica heideggeriana. Tr?s funcion?rios colaboraram com a pesquisa. As narrativas mostraram que o sofrimento est? relacionado ? falta de reconhecimento pelo trabalho executado, e igualmente com os modos como se d? a conviv?ncia entre os servidores. No aspecto geral, o sofrimento se revelou como desamparo e falta de sentido para a exist?ncia. Esperamos que este estudo possibilite a abertura em dire??o a novos horizontes de compreens?o referente ?s significa??es e sentidos do trabalho e suas redes de relacionamentos e que possa contribuir para o campo da psicologia em geral. / The literature review reveals that the field of Work Organizational Psychology, as well as the
Mental Health of Work has been developing relevant research about the suffering and the world of
work. This research intended to approach the unique experience of suffering in relation of the work,
from the clinical view, taking the Heidegger?s phenomenological hermeneutics perspective as a
reference. Inspired by the thought of the philosopher, sought to understand the suffering in their
ontic and existential dimensions, in its limiting aspects; as the one who restricts the possibilities of
relationship that man with others, putting in danger significances networks woven for him to deal
with things and to live with others. The world of work has been envisioned as a space of
possibilities for realization of the existence. Thus, the objective of this study is to understand how
the suffering is experienced in relation to work, from the experience of professionals inserted in a
judicial organization. The research, with the qualitative approach, used semi-structured individual
interviews, whose narratives were analyzed from the heideggerian hermeneutic perspective. Three
employees collaborated into this research. The narratives showed that the suffering is related with
excess and diversity of tasks carried out by the same employee, associated with lack of
acknowledgment of the work executed, and also with working relationship. In general way, the
suffering revealed itself as helplessness, loneliness and lack of sense to the existence. We hope that
this study enables the opening towards new horizons of understanding about the meanings and
sense of work and their relationship networks, as well as contributes to the field of psychology in
general
