Previous issue date: 2017-07-19 / A t?cnica de revasculariza??o pulpar possibilita a reativa??o da forma??o radicular, mas clinicamente observa-se a descolora??o coron?ria. Desta forma, o presente estudo objetivou analisar em qual ou quais etapas desse tratamento ocorre a mudan?a de colora??o. Trata-se de um estudo experimental in vitro, no qual foram utilizados 75 incisivos bovinos (n=15), divididos em 5 grupos: GP- protocolo completo, GA- pasta tripla antibi?tica, GS- sangue, GW- WMTA e GC- soro (controle). A avalia??o da cor foi realizada com o aparelho Easyshade?, atrav?s dos par?metros do CIE-L*a*b*. As leituras foram executadas em triplicata para cada amostra e realizadas antes e ap?s a primeira sess?o, com 24, 48, 72 horas, antes e ap?s a segunda sess?o, com 24, 48, 72 horas, um m?s e tr?s meses ap?s a realiza??o do protocolo. Para a an?lise estat?stica foi utilizado o teste de an?lise de vari?ncia Split-plot, tendo o valor m?dio em todos os grupos sofrido ajustes de Bonferroni, com n?vel de signific?ncia de 95%. Para an?lise intergrupo e intragrupo, foram feitas as compara??es estat?sticas pelo teste ANOVA com o Post Hoc de Tukey. De acordo com a compara??o multivariada, considerando a m?dia total do grau de escurecimento, os grupos sangue e protocolo apresentaram maior grau de escurecimento (p<0,05). Na an?lise intergrupos, o grupo contendo sangue apresentou aumento no grau de escurecimento a partir de 15 dias at? tr?s meses (p<0,05) e o grupo protocolo apresentou descolora??o coron?ria no primeiro e terceiro m?s em rela??o aos demais grupos (p<0,05). Na an?lise intragrupos, os grupos antibi?tico e WMTA apresentaram uma diminui??o no grau de escurecimento com 15 dias em rela??o ao baseline (p<0,05) e posteriormente mantiveram-se est?veis, o grupo contendo sangue ap?s 15 dias teve um aumento (p<0,05) e o grupo protocolo demonstrou uma descolora??o coron?ria ap?s a coloca??o do sangue e do WMTA no conduto, apresentando diferen?a do baseline no terceiro m?s (p<0,01). Assim, concluiu-se que sangue ? o principal causador do escurecimento dent?rio na t?cnica de revasculariza??o pulpar, presente no momento da indu??o do co?gulo. / The pulp revascularization technique allows the reactivation of the root formation, however clinically the coronary discoloration it?s noted. So, the present study aimed to analyze in which stage or stages of this treatment the color change occurs. It is an experimental in vitro study where 75 bovine incisors (n=15), divided in 5 groups: GP- complete protocol, GA- triple antibiotic paste, GS- blood, GW- WMTA, GC- serum (control). The color evaluation was performed with the Easyshade? device, with the CIE-L*a*b* parameters. And the readings were performed in triplicate for each group, before and after the first session, after 24, 48 and 72 hours, one and three months after the protocol exexution. The Statistical analysis was performed using the split-plot analysis of variance test, and the average value in all groups was adjusted by Bonferroni, with a significance level of 95%. For intergroup and intragroup analysis, the statistical comparisons were made through the ANOVA test with the Tukey Post Hoc. According to the multivariate comparison, considering the total average of the degree of darkening, the blood and protocol groups presented more significant darkening (p<0.05). In the intergroup analysis, the group containing blood presented a higher darkening degree from 15 days to three months (p<0,05) and the protocol group presented coronary discoloration on the first and third months in relation to the other groups (p<0,05). In the intragroup analysis, the antibiotic and WMTA groups presented a decrease on the darkening in 15 days compared to the baseline (p<0,05) and then remained stable, the group containing blood had an increase after 15 days (p<0,05) and the protocol group, in 15 days showed coronary discoloration after the introduction of blood on the root canal, showing variation to the baseline on the third month (p<0,01). So, it was concluded that the blood, present on the induction of the clot, is the main cause of dental darkening on the pulp revascularization technique execution.
