No. of bitstreams: 0 / O presente estudo tem como objetivos analisar a inserção da Fonoaudiologia no SUS a partir da realidade local, descrever as ações desenvolvidas pelos Fonoaudiólogos nas unidades de saúde, discutir e analisar o contexto que envolve a atuação do Fonoaudiólogo no SUS e discutir a integralidade da atenção a partir do trabalho dos Fonoaudiólogos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, a técnica para a coleta de dados utilizada foi a entrevista semi-estruturada, sendo que também foi utilizado o Diário de Campo. No tratamento dos dados obtidos foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo das entrevistas. Os sujeitos do estudo foram os Fonoaudiólogos que atuam na rede municipal de saúde do município de Blumenau/SC. Os resultados foram agrupados em cinco categorias: Organização dos Serviços, Prática Profissional, Sistema Único de Saúde, Integralidade e Prevenção de Doenças e Promoção de Saúde. A partir dos resultados descritos, o trabalho permite inferir que a inserção da Fonoaudiologia no SUS em nível local, deu-se sem planejamento adequado de ambas as partes. A forma de atuação dos profissionais demonstrou a influência de aspectos mais voltados a dimensão biológica dos processos de adoecer, portanto as ações de saúde realizadas também voltam-se a dar conta desta dimensão. No entanto, posto que o meio social é dinâmico e está em constante mudança, percebe-se a busca por parte dos agentes do trabalho que foram sujeitos da pesquisa, pela possibilidade de uma ação de saúde de natureza integral, ou seja, que possibilite a existência em uma mesma ação do conjunto dos componentes dessa ação: promoção, prevenção, reabilitação e cura.
The actual study has as objective to analyze the insertion of the Speech Therapy into the Unified Health System (SUS) starting from the local reality, discuss and analyze the context that covers the role the Speech Therapy specialist in the Unified Health System (SUS) and debate the integrality of the attention of the Speech Therapy specialists job. It is related with a descriptive research, with structured approach, as well as being used the Field Diary. In the handling of the obtained data it was used the content of the interviews. The protagonists of the study were the Speech Therapy specialists who work in the city network of health in the city of Blumenau/SC. The results were clustered in five categories: Services Organization, Professional Practices, Unified Health System (SUS) in local level, Integrality and Prevention of Diseases and Health Promotion. From the described results, this study concluds that the insertion of the Speech Therapy in the Unified Health System (SUS), happened without an appropriate planning by both sides. The way of acting of the professionals showed the influence of the aspects with a tendency to the biological dimension of the processes of falling ill, therefore the actions of health realized pursued the resolution of this dimension. However, as the social environment is dynamic and also in constant change, the search of a possibility of an action of health in integral nature is noticed by the work agents who were subject of the research, in other words, that enables the existence in one action, the set of components of this same action: promotion, prevention, rehabilitation and cure.
