Previous issue date: 2013 / Abstract : This dissertation presents a study about the different experiences in the look found in the poetic work of Circe Maia and establish punctual correlations with Maurice Merleau-Ponty's philosophical thinking. Starting from the questioning of traditional concepts about perception, both authors develop a "poetic-philosophical" discussion that proposes a (another) looking experience, or even better, a "look another". A look that is not only the scenery of meetings and disagreements with the world and the other, but that also proposes itself like a constitutive action of the being. Subject of a poetic annunciation that reveals itself in the visibility of its own words, but that recognizes itself, always, starting from the same tracks of its own invisibility.
