Previous issue date: 2014 / Esta tese analisa o cenário da deontologia da mediação ambiental e da ética ambiental pós-viragem biocêntrica, em especial de Paul W. Taylor. Propondo-se a responder perguntas relativas à ética subjacente à mediação ambiental, à função do mediador ambiental, sua diretividade e responsabilidade sobre o resultado produzido na mediação, a partir do debate de Susskind/Stulberg. O caminho teórico seguido para tal investigação partiu de um exame do alcance e limites da ética ambiental biocêntrica, com o entrelaçamento desta com a Ética da Libertação, de Enrique Dussel, o que produziu uma proposta teórica intitulada de Ética da Libertação Biocêntrica. Desde este novo patamar teórico ambiental, pôde-se estabelecer os parâmetros e regras do jogo mediativo ambiental, em especial da ética subjacente à mediação ambiental e do acolhimento dos participantes a serem levados em consideração nesse processo. Finalmente, analisou-se a postura do mediador e sua responsabilidade perante o produto do processo mediativo aportando conceitos da epistemologia e ética do psicanalista, que guarda semelhanças com a função do mediador ambiental.<br> / Abstract : This thesis analyzes the scenario of the deontology of environmental mediation and environmental ethics after the biocentric turn, especially Paul W. Taylor?s. It proposes to answer questions related with the underlying ethics of environmental mediation, the function of the environmental mediator, her directivity and accountability for the output of the mediation, from the debate Susskind/Stulberg. The theoretical path followed for this research came from an examination of the scope and limits of biocentric environmental ethics, interlacing it with the Ethics of Liberation by Enrique Dussel, which produced a theoretical proposal entitled as Biocentric Ethics of Liberation. From this new environmental theoretical level, it was possible to establish the parameters and rules of the environmental mediation game, in particular the underlying ethics of the environmental mediation and the hosting of the participants to be considered in this process. Finally, we analyzed the role of the mediator and its accountability to the output of the mediation process providing concepts of the epistemology and ethics of the psychoanalyst, which bears similarities with the function of environmental mediator.
