Previous issue date: 2016 / A presente dissertação analisa a matricialidade sociofamiliar a partir das referências estabelecidas pelo Serviço Social em suas produções teóricas. A pesquisa bibliográfica desenvolveu-se com o objetivo de analisar as elaborações teóricas do Serviço Social sobre a matricialidade sociofamiliar, princípio adotado pela Política de Assistência Social a partir do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS). Para tanto, foram mapeadas e analisadas elaborações teóricas publicadas em 13 revistas de Serviço Social e em seis edições do Encontro Nacional de Pesquisadores em Serviço Social (ENPESS). O levantamento bibliográfico ocorreu nessas duas fontes e considerou o período de 10 anos, de 2004 a 2014, identificando 32 artigos relacionados diretamente à matricialidade sociofamiliar e/ou família na assistência social. A pesquisa objetivou demonstrar as interpretações que o Serviço Social realiza diante do princípio da matricialidade sociofamiliar e do conceito de família adotado na Política de Assistência Social, além de apresentar os autores de referência utilizados pelo Serviço Social na produção teórica da temática. O tema escolhido para esta pesquisa se justifica por sua relevância para o cotidiano profissional dos assistentes sociais, os quais atuam na Política de Assistência Social e deparam-se com a indicação legal de que a matricialidade sociofamiliar é uma diretriz para a oferta das ações nesta área. No entanto, os documentos oficiais que referenciam e estabelecem a matricialidade sociofamiliar mostram-se inconsistentes diante do conceito atribuído, pairando este campo de indefinições e contraditoriedades. Neste sentido, como principais resultados, a pesquisa demonstrou que o Serviço Social, através da produção de conhecimento, tem problematizado esta realidade que envolve a diretriz do SUAS e, para isso, apresenta a sua leitura sobre o tema, buscando responder às expressões do cotidiano dos assistentes sociais. Na pesquisa bibliográfica evidenciou-se que, entre as produções do Serviço Social, existe uma diversidade de concepções e de leituras sobre o mesmo assunto. Porém, com relação ao tema, existe uma perspectiva que é majoritária para o Serviço Social, a qual demonstra que a matricialidade sociofamiliar é um conceito contraditório no campo da Política de Assistência Social, pois aponta para a responsabilização das famílias a fim de que sejam elas a primeira instância de proteção social de seus membros. Complementar a isso, observa-se na matricialidade sociofamiliar expressões de familismo, onde a família é considerada uma instância de proteção social e sobre ela são atribuídas funções de cuidado e oferta de bem estar, enquanto o Estado diminui suas ações. <br> / Abstract : The present thesis analyzes the centrality of the family from references established by the Social Work in its theoretical productions. The Bibliography search developed in order to analyze the theoretical elaborations of Social Work on the centrality social and family, principle adopted by the Assistance Policy Social from the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS). For that it mapped and analyzed theoretical elaborations published in thirteen magazines of Social Work on six editions of the National Meeting of Researchers in Social Work (ENPESS). The Bibliography levy occurred in these two sources and considered the period of ten years, between the period 2004 to 2014, identifying thirty-two articles related directly to centrality of social-family and/or family in foster care. The research aimed to demonstrate the interpretations that social work carries on the principle of social-family centrality and the family concept adopted in policy Social assistance, besides presenting the different theoretical and methodological affiliations used by Social Services in theoretical work of the theme. The theme chosen for this research is justified by its relevance to the daily work of assistants social, which act on Social Assistance Policy and faced with the statement legal that the social and family centrality is a guideline for the offer of shares in this area. However, the official documents that differentiate and establish the Socio-family centrality to show inconsistent before the concept attributed, hovering this field uncertainties and contradictions. In this sense, as main results, research showed that social work by producing knowledge, has questioned this reality that involves the SUAS guidelines and, for it presentation its reading about the theme, searching to answer the expressions of everyday social workers. In this Bibliography search it became clear that between Social Services productions there is a diversity of views and readings on the same subject. However, related to this matter, there is a perspective that is majority to social work and this shows that the social and family centrality is a concept contradictory in the field of social assistance policy, because it points to the responsibility of families, so that they can first considered the social protection of its members. Complementary to this, it is observed in the Socio-family centrality expression of familism, where the family is considered social protection instance and on it are taken care of tasks assigned and wellness offer, while the state reduces its shares.
