Previous issue date: 2015 / As organizações indígenas no Brasil apresentam um quadro de redes de articulação e mobilização política equivalencial que abarcam demandas indígenas por todo o território. As inúmeras organizações existentes compõem e convergem na APIB (Articulação dos Povos Indígenas do Brasil) e o foco de nossa pesquisa concentra-se na Articulação dos Povos Indígenas do Sul (ARPINSUL) e na Comissão Guarani Yvy Rupa (CGY). Estas formas organizacionais estão calcadas e orientadas por políticas de direitos à terra, à autodeterminação, ao exercício da tradicionalidade, à cidadania, à participação política e outros direitos assegurados pela Constituição Federal (988), na Convenção 69 da Organização Internacional do Trabalho e pela Declaração dos Direitos dos Povos Indígenas e Minorias (ONU,2007). Assim, importa investigar como as organizações indígenas no sul do Brasil se organizam politicamente, como articulam suas demandas, estratégias, ações e mobilizações a partir de seus elementos tradicionais na interface com a política institucional e estatal. As relações entre o Movimento Indígena e o Estado Nação são analisadas à luz dos espaços institucionais de discussão política. Neste sentido, a representação indígena é uma questão chave deste trabalho. Sobretudo, o objetivo está em dar visibilidade e propiciar um canal de expressão para as lideranças, organizações, comunidades e o Movimento Indígena como um todo. <br> / Abstract : The indigenous political organizations in Brazil present a networkof articulation and political mobilization that is equivalently andcover the indigenous demands through all brazilian territory. Thenumerous organizations are composed and converged in APIB(Association of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil) and the focus of ourresearch is upon the Articulation of Indigenous Peoples of theSouth (ARPINSUL) and the Commission Guarani Yvy Rupa(CGY). These organizational forms are based and guided by theland rights policies, self-determination, the exercise of traditionalindigenous social organization, general citizenship, politicalparticipation and other rights guaranteed by the Brazilian FederalConstitution (988), the Convention 69 of the International LabourOrganization and the Declaration of the Rights of IndigenousPeoples and Minorities (United Nations, 2007). It is thereforedemanded to investigate how indigenous organizations insouthern Brazil are formed politically, how they articulate theirdemands, strategies, actions and mobilizations from theirtraditional elements in the interface with the institutional policyand the brazilian State. Relations between the IndigenousMovement and the National State are analyzed in light of theinstitutional places for political discussion. In this regard,indigenous representation is a key issue of this work. The maingoal is to give visibility and provide a channel of expression forthe leaders, organizations, communities and the IndigenousMovement as a whole.
