Previous issue date: 2016 / O estado de natureza é uma ideia amplamente desenvolvida durante a idade moderna. Sendo teorizada por vários filósofos. Dessa empreitada Immanuel Kant não se furtou. Nada obstante, diferente de outros filósofos do período, seu sistema jurídico ou político, se houver, está solidamente inserido em sua metafísica. De tal modo, apesar da ideia de estado de natureza partir de uma especulação jurídica sobre o Estado, vê-se que na arquitetônica kantiana o desenvolvimento dessa ideia pode romper com os limites do Direito, avançando sobre o sistema moral a partir da história filosófica kantiana como ramo de ponderação que especula o progresso moral do gênero humano. Progresso que se esquematiza como uma ideia de um projeto que se realiza no tempo em direção a um ideal. Nesse retrocesso linear e conceitual sobre o início do progresso humano a ideia de estado de natureza denota ao menos duas funções: ou como ideia de um estado anterior que serve de substrato material para a construção da realidade sensível; ou como princípio que guarda em si as disposições naturais do gênero humano que devem ser realizadas na natureza, e, por conseguinte, no mundo. Os objetivos deste ensaio se voltam ao interesse de deslindar esse trajeto, explorando a sistemática kantiana de modo a perceber as nuances desse caminho, cujo retrocesso se faz junto à ideia de estado de natureza.<br> / Abstract : The state of nature is an idea widely developed during the modern age. Being theorized by several philosophers. Immanuel Kant did not steal from this enterprise. However, unlike other philosophers of the period, its legal or political system, if any, is solidly embedded in its metaphysics. Thus, in spite of the idea of a state of nature based on a legal speculation on the State, it is seen that in the Kantian architecture the development of this idea can break with the limits of the Law, advancing on the moral system from the Kantian philosophical history As a branch of pondering that speculates on the moral progress of the human race. Progress that is schematized as an idea of a project that takes place in time towards an ideal. In this linear and conceptual regression on the beginning of human progress the idea of a state of nature denotes at least two functions: either as an idea of an earlier state that serves as a material substrate for the construction of the sensible reality; Or as a principle which holds within itself the natural dispositions of mankind which must be realized in nature, and therefore in the world. The objective of this essay is to show the interest of demarcating this path, exploring the Kantian systematics in order to perceive the nuances of this path, whose setback is made with the idea of a state of nature.
