Previous issue date: 2016 / Partindo da experiência profissional como psicóloga e praticante da psicanálise em um Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social (CREAS/SUAS), esta tese investiga as origens da concepção, que circula no imaginário social, de que a psicanálise não seria adequada ao trabalho institucional com populações empobrecidas. A pesquisa percorre o campo da política de assistência social, passando pela psicologia e chegando à psicanálise, buscando por meio desta articulação mapear os caminhos de inserção da psicologia no SUAS, bem como as condições para a prática psicanalítica nesta interface. A investigação faz um recorte específico sobre a chegada da psicanálise no Brasil e as primeiras décadas de seu desenvolvimento, trazendo os detalhes de um período que certamente contribuiu para a imagem de uma psicanálise distante e inacessível. Um ponto de virada ocorre no início do século XXI quando as transformações sociais exigem dos psicanalistas que acertem seu compasso com a marcha do mundo, precipitando um retorno da psicanálise aplicada como saída aos impasses colocados. Estas modalidades de psicanálise passam a ganhar visibilidade e novas possibilidades de intervenção são incentivadas. Os caminhos da pesquisa buscam em Freud e Lacan as definições de psicanálise pura e aplicada e, especificamente em Freud, as "pedras de espera" deixadas no "canteiro de obras psicanalítico" para a aplicação da psicanálise no contexto institucional. Partindo desta construção teórica, o foco da investigação retorna para as possibilidades, limites e desafios na aplicação da psicanálise nos serviços de assistência social ofertados pelos CREAS. Com o fortalecimento do SUS e a criação do SUAS, muitos são os psicólogos, psiquiatras e demais profissionais praticantes da psicanálise que adentram os serviços públicos buscando estar à altura da subjetividade de nossa época. Esta pesquisa vem somar esforços na direção do desafio deixado por Freud aos psicanalistas do futuro, o de "adaptar nossas técnicas às novas circunstâncias".<br> / Abstract : Coming from a professional experience as a psychologist and psychoanalysis practitioner in a Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance (CREAS/SUAS), this thesis investigates the origins of the notion, which circulates in the popular imagination, that psychoanalysis would not be appropriate for the institutional work with impoverished populations. The research covers the field of social welfare policy, going through psychology until psychoanalysis, searching with this joint, to map the paths of psychology insertion in SUAS, and the conditions for psychoanalytic practice in this interface. The research makes a specific focus on the arrival of psychoanalysis in Brazil and the first decades of its development, bringing the details of a period that certainly contributed to the image of a distant and inaccessible psychoanalysis. A turning point occurs at the beginning of the XXI century when social transformations require the psychoanalysts to catch up with the march of the world, precipitating a return of the psychoanalysis applied as an exit to raised impasses. These modalities of psychoanalysis start to gain visibility and the creation of new possibilities for intervention are encouraged. The research ways seeks in Freud and Lacan the pure and applied psychoanalysis definitions and, specifically in Freud, the "waiting stones" left in psychoanalytical field for the application of psychoanalysis in the institutional context. Coming from this theoretical construction, the focus of the investigation returns to the possibilities, limits and challenges in the application of psychoanalysis in the social services offered by CREAS. With the strengthening of the SUS and the creation of SUAS, there are many psychologists, psychiatrists and other practitioners of psychoanalysis professionals who enter public services seeking for living up the subjectivity of our time. This research comes to join efforts to the way of the challenge left by Freud to the psychoanalysts of the future, "to adapt our techniques to the new circumstances".
