Este é um estudo de caso e, os dados foram coletados a partir de uma amostra de 20 (vinte) indivíduos. Como instrumentos de pesquisa, foram utilizados: o inventário psicológico MBTI (Myers and Briggs Type Indicator), para os tipos psicológicos, e a entrevista semi-estruturada, para a avaliação dos fatores motivacionais e insatisfacientes para o trabalho. Os dados obtidos na pesquisa de campo foram submetidos às técnicas de análise de discurso e análise de conteúdo.
The objective of this present study was to identify the existing correlation between the jungian psychological types and the motivation for the work in the doctors and employees of a rendering organization of health services. This is a case study and, the data had been collected from a sample of 20 (twenty) individuals. As research tools, we used two instruments: the psychological inventory MBTI (Myers and Briggs Type Indicator), for the psychological types, and the half-structuralized interview, for the evaluation of the factors that motivate and dissatisfied the individuals for the work. The data gotten in the field research had been submitted to the techniques of discourse analysis and analysis of content.
