243267.pdf: 530192 bytes, checksum: 9fd25324383d0746d215b24979a04dc3 (MD5) / Esta tese tem como objetivo evidenciar a sensibilidade e a intuição na prática diária dos profissionais de uma equipe de Enfermagem de uma Unidade de Internação Neonatal, bem como, compreender como se dá a inserção do sensível e intuitivo como tecnologia na prática de cuidar do recém-nascido pré-termo. O referencial teórico utilizado foi o método filosófico-intuitivo-sensível de Henri Bergson aliado a idéias de outros autores sobre a temática intuição e sensibilidade. Utilizei-me também de autores que discutem o cuidado de Enfermagem e o desenvolvimento comportamental e social do recém-nascido. O método utilizado foi a Sociopoética por tratar-se de um método dialógico que aceita uma pluralidade de vozes, permitindo desta forma, uma construção coletiva, a partir da escuta sensível. A coleta de dados constou de entrevista individual e observação do cuidado prestado, sendo que na análise utilizei-me do discurso do sujeito coletivo (DSC). O DSC é um método que permite a descrição do imaginário de um grupo sobre um determinado tema, mostrando-se como um caminho que possibilitou a elucidação dos termos intuição e sensibilidade no cuidado de Enfermagem ao recém-nascido pré-termo. Ao trabalhar com o imaginário individual, ou seja, o discurso de cada um dos profissionais de Enfermagem, pude produzir a soma dos discursos, o significado que a equipe de Enfermagem dá aos termos intuição e sensibilidade no cuidado. Pode-se perceber nos discursos dos profissionais da equipe de Enfermagem e na observação do cuidado prestado, que a intuição e a sensibilidade são utilizadas diariamente, e que o uso destes elementos propicia um cuidado mais individualizado, sendo que a rotina mecaniza o cuidado. A equipe de Enfermagem considera ainda que o uso da intuição e da sensibilidade devem ser características inerentes a todos os profissionais da saúde. No entanto estes elementos são pouco valorizados, e por isto mesmo, na grande maioria das vezes, ignorados no cuidado. Sobre o registro do uso destes elementos, a equipe de Enfermagem no seu discurso, deixa claro que mesmo considerando importante, não tem o hábito de anotar devido ao fato da intuição e da sensibilidade serem pouco valorizadas e não serem reconhecidas como científicas pela equipe de saúde. Por outro lado, considera que se passasse a fazer este tipo de registro haveria uma valorização da profissão de Enfermagem e possibilitaria o estabelecimento de novas rotinas. Refere ainda, que seria necessário um treinamento específico para poder colocar em prática este tipo de conduta. Cabe salientar que a equipe de Enfermagem considera que só poderá evidenciar os elementos sensibilidade e intuição no cuidado, se forem cuidados da mesma forma pela instituição. Na busca do seu imaginário, a equipe de Enfermagem rompeu com os conceitos rígidos e indo além dos limites de sua razão, entrelaçou realidade e imaginação, compondo em discursos sensíveis e poéticos as suas considerações sobre a sensibilidade e a intuição. Entendo que a equipe de Enfermagem a partir do refletido, mergulhando no seu mundo real e imaginal, mostra-se estimulada e se propõe a caminhar na composição da poesia de cuidar do recém-nascido pré-termo e sua família, reconhecendo a intuição e a sensibilidade como tecnologia do cuidado.
This thesis like gold to show up the sensibility and the intuition at the daily practice of the professionals of a team of Nursing of a Unit of Admission Neonatal, as well like understand how its given the insertion of the sensible and the intuitive as a technology in the practice of taking care of the newborn pre-term. The theoretical yardstick utilized were constituted of sensitive-intuitive philosophical method of Henri Bergson allied to ideas of other authors on the thematic intuition and sensibility. I utilized also of authors who discuss the care of Nursing and the development comportamental and socially of the newborn baby. . The approach utilized was the Sóciopoetic since it's a approach dialogical that accepts a plurality of voices, allowing in this way a collective construction, from the sensible listening. The fact-gathering was comprised of individual interview and observation of the care that was lent, being that in the analysis I utilized of the talk of the Collective Subject (DSC). The DSC is an approach that allows the description of the imaginary of a group about a determined subject, showing itself as a road that enable the elucidation of the terms intuition and sensibility in the care of Nursing to the newborn pre-term. Upon working with the individual imaginary, or be, the talk of each one of the professionals of Nursing, I was able to produce the sum of these talks, the meaning that the team of Nursing gives to the terms intuition and sensibility in the care. We are able to perceived in the talks of the professionals of the team of Nursing and in the observation of the care lent, that the intuition and the sensibility are utilized daily, and that the uses of these elements provides a more individualized care, being that the routine mechanizes the care. The team considers even that the use of the intuition and the sensibility must be inherent characteristics to all the professionals of health. However these elements are little valued, and because of this, in the majority of times, ignored in the care. About the record of the use of these elements, the team, in their talk, makes it clear that even considering important, does not have the habit of making notes due to the fact that the intuition and the sensibility are little valued and are not recognized as scientific by the team of health. On the other hand, they consider that if they started to do this kind of record, there would be a valorization of the profession of Nursing and it would make possible the establishment of new routines. They refers also that it would be necessary a specific training to be able to put in practice this kind of conduct. It's necessary to highlight that the team considers that they only will be able to show the elements of sensibility and intuition in the care of nursing, if they are taken care of, similarly, by the institution. In the search of their imaginary, the researcher team broke with the strict concepts and going beyond the limits of their reasons, intertwined reality and imagination, composing in sensible and poetic talks their considerations about sensibility and intuition. I understand that the team of Nursing, from what was thought, diving in their real and imaginary world, shows itself stimulated and proposes to walk in the composition of the poetry of take care of the newborn pre-term, recognizing the intuition and the sensibility as a technology of the care.
