Visa, ainda, estabelecer conexões sócio-econômicas entre o Lugar, a sua Região e, conseqüentemente, as dinâmicas do Mundo, dentro das exigências contemporâneas da produção capitalista. Na produção espacial do objeto aqui estudado, entende-se que o mesmo é um reflexo e condicionante da ação efetiva da sociedade, visto que, já no início do século XX, aquele lugar vinha se encaminhando às condições da contemporaneidade. Na região da pesquisa, num primeiro momento, o enfoque das análises baseou-se em elementos da formação sócio-espacial e seus desdobramentos que tentam explicar na formação nacional, a trajetória da produção urbano-regional de Capinzal. A presença de imigrantes ítalo-gaúchos naquele período, e que passaram a dinamizar o lugar, constituíram entre os principais agentes promotores de mudanças e organizadores do espaço com o aporte do Estado. Este, viabilizou e legalizou formas de ocupação efetiva do território. Da mesma maneira, #grandes corporações# representadas pela Brasil Railway Company, construtora da Viação Férrea Federal São Paulo-Rio Grande e suas concessionárias, por meio de suas intervenções, promoveram a ocupação efetiva e inserções de atividades sócioeconômicas naquele município e sua região. Num segundo momento da pesquisa, o sistema agroindustrial, representado pelo Grupo Perdigão teve seus tentáculos introduzidos a partir de 1980 e mantém, até os dias atuais, uma relação de #domínio#
sócio-econômico local e regional. Dessa empresa, sua principal atividade é a produção de frangos, que envolv seus (re)produtores mantém um #sistema de integração# com aquele grupo na produção da matéria-prima. A cidade, pelo fornecimento de infra-estrutura para a produção industrial, através do poder público municipal, e a mão-de-obra oferecida pelos habitantes locais no processo de industrialização de mercadorias, as quais são comercializadas e consumidas em diversos lugares planetários, revelando, assim, a conexão entre o lugar e o mundo. Essas corporações, entretanto, têm o intuito de produzirem e acumularem lucros, e a sociedade, em geral, busca maneiras de (re)produzir suas vidas. Portanto, ficou evidenciado, neste estudo, que o espaço geográfico é verdadeiramente um lócus estratégico no processo de (re)produção da vida, onde suas dinâmicas se revelam pelos ritmos de transformações e de organização de territórios usados, que se refletem na expansão da cidade e as interconexões entre o Urbano e o Rural do município de Capinzal e região
This work has as a purposal to analyze aspects of the relations between elements of the space and the society from contexts of the urban-regional production of the City of Capinzal-SC. It aims at, still, to establish partner-economic connections between the local, its region and consequently, the dynamic of the World, inside of the requirements
contemporaries of the capitalist production. In the space production of the object studied here, you understand that it is a consequence of the action of the society, since the beginning of century XX, that place has been heading to the conditions of the modern times. On the region of the research, at a first moment, the approach of the analyses was based on elements of the partner-space formation and its unfoldings that try to explain in the national formation, the trajectory of the urban-regional production of Capinzal. The presence of immigrant ítalo-gauchos in that period, who had started to
modify the place, had constituted among the main promotional agents of changes and organizers of the space in the State. It made possible and legalized the forms of effective occupation of the territory. In the same way, #great corporations# represented by Brazil Railway Company, constructor of the Federal Railway - São Paulo # Rio Grande and its concessionaires, by means of its interventions, had promoted the effective occupation and insertions of partner-economic activities in that city and its region. Later on the research, the agro-industrial system, represented by the Group Perdigão had its branches introduced since 1980 until the current days, a relation of
#local and regional partner-economic domain#. From this company, its main activity is the production of chickens, that involves the country in such a way as much as the city. The country through of its reproductors keeps a #system of integration# with that group in the production of the raw material. The city, through the infrastructure supply for the industrial production, through the municipal public power, and the man power offered for the local inhabitants in the process of industrialization of merchandises, which is
commercialized and consumed in several planetary places, disclosing, thus, the connection between the place and the world. These corporations, however, have intention to produce and to accumulate profits, and the society, in general, searchs ways of reproducing its lives. Therefore, it was showed, in this study, that the geographic space is truly one lócus strategical in the process of reproducing life, where its dynamic are revealed by the rhythms of transformations and organization of used territories, that are reflected in the expansion of the city and the interconnections between Urban and Agricultural of the city of Capinzal and the region.
