Neste sentido, nos detemos a investigar sua relação com a proposta moral de Kant, assim como verificarmos o lugar sistemático que ocupa o sentimento de respeito na moral kantiana. Dentro desse espírito, buscamos reconstruir a estrutura argumentativa em sua proposta moral, analisando os conceitos que entendemos relevantes para esta proposta e sua relação com o sentimento de respeito. Também entendemos ser de extrema relevância verificar questões conceituais que envolvam o sentimento de respeito e sua consistência no interior da moralidade kantiana. Para tanto efetuamos um estudo detalhado em algumas de suas obras, bem como dos escritos de comentadores kantianos. Este trabalho encontra-se distribuído da seguinte forma: No primeiro capítulo trabalhamos com a Fundamentação e conceitos que acreditamos serem relevantes para este trabalho, bem como interpretações de comentadores. No segundo capítulo continuamos a tarefa de interpretação e análise do sentimento moral de respeito na Crítica da razão prática, bem como abordamos o fato da razão e sua ligação com o sentimento de respeito. Já no terceiro capítulo utilizamos a segunda parte da Metafísica dos costumes, a Doutrina da virtude, na qual Kant faz várias referências ao respeito. Finalmente, no quarto capítulo, elaboramos o que chamamos de considerações críticas. Trata-se de questões que consideramos relevantes na abordagem deste tema e que estão ligadas ao conceito de sentimento moral na interpretação de alguns comentadores de Kant. Isto para, finalmente, avaliarmos que o sentimento de respeito, muitas vezes também referenciado por Kant como um interesse moral, encontra-se sistematicamente ligado à lei moral. Ou seja, o ser humano racional age moralmente, não quando sua ação apenas concorda com a lei, mas quando a lei se constitui como motivo da ação. Assim, a obrigatoriedade (dever) que temos em cumprir a lei já contém as condições da moralidade - a necessidade da ação requerida pela lei e o respeito pela mesma lei.
This work mainly intends to investigate the notion of respect for the moral law in the system of Kant's moral theory looking for to reconstruct the Kantian argumentative strategy, in developing your moral theory, particularly the significant concepts to Kantian notion of respect for the moral law. Besides, it is assessed the internal theoretical moral coherence of some concepts related to the feeling of respect for the moral law. This work is based as much on Kant's Work as on the interpretations of the Kantian commentators and it has the following structure: the first Chapter is concerned about the relevant concepts of the Groundwork to notion of respect of moral law and some commentators of it; the second Chapter is concerned about the analyze and interpretation of the notion of respect for the moral law in the Critique of Practical Reason and it draws some relations between the notion of respect for the moral law and the other important ones of Kantian moral theory, mainly the relation between the Fact of Reason [Faktum der Vernunft] and the respect [Achtung] for the moral law; the Third Chapter is concerned about second part of Metaphysics of Morals, that is to say, The Doutrine of Virtue, where Kant deals with the respect for the moral law; the Fourth and final Chapter are made some critical considerations to Kantian conception of moral feeling based on the interpretation of some commentators of Kant, in order to assess the link between moral law and respect of the moral law based on Kant's assertions that the respect for the moral law is systematically linked a moral interest. That is to say, the rational human being acts morally, not only acting according to the law, but also adopting the law as motive of your actions. Thus, the obrigatoriness that (duty) we have to fulfill the law, includes the conditions of morality - the necessity of the action required by law and the respect for the law itself.
